What are you having or did you have for supper? Just got home from the grocery store so I now have some chikkin... might have some chikkin on a salad. I bought some new Sun Dried Tomato vinaigrette so I can try that out tonight. What do you wish they had in your town (could be a restaurant, a store, etc.)?

Oh, those would be nice. I wish we had a Starbucks and a Publix (grocery store) quote:
Do you recycle? Yes! I recycle ink cartridges, batteries, cell phones, cardboard, newspaper, plastics, grocery bags, and other stuff I can't think of right now Do you donate blood or plasma regularly?

Do you, or your church, do "shoebox gifts" for children? Yes, my church does that every year. I've participated a couple times. Do you consider yourself to be a risk-taker?

Do you consider yourself to be a risk-taker? In some ways... sometimes I'll take a risk and go up to talk to someone (risking rejection). But risking my life? Not really. I'm not the daredevil sort, though I wouldn't mind a little adventure in my life. I've always wanted to go on a hot air balloon ride and go parachuting. Do you ever feel you play life too "safe" sometimes?

How are you reacting to the time change so far? I was tired at first (go figure... gain an extra hour...) but that's because my "system" was just off. I think I'm back to normal now. Do you cook at home? or go out for fast food? or eat "convenience" type foods?

ORIGINAL: Do you cook at home? or go out for fast food? or eat "convenience" type foods? I've recently changed my diet 100%. I'm not able to tolerate many of the modern medicines so to ward off diabetes and to keep my blood pressure in check, I prepare fresh meat and veggie dishes at home. When I go out I generally go for the steak or chicken and salad.. and little breads and cereals. But I do occasionally grab a taco or two.. in a regressive moment. Do you intend to get a swine flu shot?

That's me... the medications I was taking for asthma were making me worse, not better, so I had to change my diet instead. Now I'm cooking all the time when I'd rather just grab an apple... or a big mac... instead. quote:
Do you intend to get a swine flu shot? I'm still undecided... there are still risks, but I will soon be working with a very ill population. Right now, though, I'm not at risk and others need it more, so I'll wait. Are you ready for the Christmas season to begin?

Are you ready for the Christmas season to begin? My business is. In honor of my yearly pet peeve of playing Christmas music too early. When do think they should start playing Christmas music on the radio full time?

Have you ever thought of volunteering on Thanksgiving or Christmas instead of being with family? I have thought about it but since it is one of the few days I am not at work thinking is all the further it has gotten. Do you use a laptop or desktop computer?

The only magazine I really read is the Radio Times (has TV and Radio listings). Whare are you going to do tomorrow?

Whare are you going to do tomorrow? Tomorrow morning I'm on call for the crisis pregnancy line, then I hope to get my lawn mowed for the final time until spring. Also need to work more on my lesson for Sunday and bake some treats for the kiddos. And do some cleaning. What do you think your dream house would cost?

What do you think your dream house would cost? Hmm, I hadn't really thought about that... I have a few "dream homes". One would cost about a million dollars because it's on the beach (these are 1960's style homes... nothing elaborate). A custom built home would be nice, but they're also close to a million. But for me, it's not just the house, it's how it's decorated on the inside that matters most. Do you feel it's a shame that "elegance" in the more traditional sense has gone out of style?
