I have a prayer need that is urgent.
My 18 yr old son & his girlfriend have been living together, and she is now nearly three months pregnant. Although we were not happy about this situation, they have been happy together & seeming to look forward to having a baby.
Now, she has decided that she is too young, and has decided to have an abortion. Her mother, a catholic, has said that she doesn not agree 'but will support her in this".
My wife & I are totally devastated. Please pray for this young lady, that the Spirit of God will counsel her. And that the abortion will be stopped. Pray for the unborn child, for that babies right to life.
Please also pray for my son. He has gone through some rough times, flirting with crime, and involved in drugs and alcohol. He has really seemed to have been getting things sorted out though, and settling down. He is still not following the Lord, but he knows this is wrong, and wants the baby. We have just had a big cry together.
I just do not know where to turn.

Father, I pray that something will be said to this young girl to change her mind about aborting this baby. We know that every life is precious to You, including this one. Give this young father the right words to convince the mother to have this baby. Trusting in You, Lord that You will divinely intervene and speak to the heart of this girl. I sincerely pray that she will make the choice to give this baby a chance. Please help her to see the bigger picture in all this and atleast consider adoption and not abortion. I ask these requests, believing that You hear them. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen

Oh dear Lord, dear Father, please please don't let this young lady go through with this abortion. Put a burden on her heart for this child. Fill her with love for this child and prevent her from going through with this. I ask this in Jesus precious name.

Yes Father. I pray that this baby will be protected. Father, if the young mum really feels she can't cope, please help her to look at other options, other than abortion. Please help her to see the baby can be a gift rather than a hindrance. I pray in Jesus Name

Father God, I pray in Yeshua's holy Name that You would cover this precious baby in the blood of salvation. Yeshua! Stretch forth Your mighty arm and SAVE! Life and not death Father. This little lamb is at the mercy of its mother - I pray father that You send Your Holy Spirit to minister to her and lead her in the right direction. There is never a "good time" to have an unplanned baby but an unplanned baby can bring good times, so please Father, help this young woman to realize this. Let this child live and grow to give You glory and honor Father.
Peace for the Grandparents Father. Comfort for the father Lord. Security for the mother. And LIFE for the child. All this I ask … and more, Father. Thank you for hearing our petitions Father. Thank You for your speedy answer. Praise You Yeshua! Amen.

Father, I join in the prayers to spare this child's life. Change this young mother's heart, dear Lord. Make a way that this child can be born and raised to know You. Work in this young dad's heart also Father. Confort these grandparents. Work all this out to Your glory. Thank You for the precious gift of life for this child. In Jesus name. Amen

Father, I continue to pray for the life of this unborn baby. I pray this mother has changed her mind and no abortion will take place. Life is a precious gift from You, Lord. I thank You, in Jesus' name I pray for protection of this young girl and baby. Amen
