What do you think will happen with the whole leadership thing? I agree with Rossi - I can't see Derek wanting to step down. Do you think one of them will get transferred (be off the show)?

I cannot see Derek willingly stepping down but I think they are setting something up in the storyline with his relationship with that lady. Maybe she is going to cause an issue and they are going to force him back into a team position?
I hope he doesn't leave because I like the dynamics of his character but they have replaced others and it transitioned fine.

I think there will be something with that woman. I also hope they don't write his character out of the show.
Wednesday's episode was interesting. I wonder where they come up with all these storylines?

I suppose that gal could be a semi-regular on the show, but she is one of the main characters on Eureka (which makes it hard for me to "get" her here.)
I hope they don't make Penelops look like a psycho if she does...ya know the whole relationship with her and Morgan and then he gets a girlfriend, etc.

I think the conflict will be between Derek and the lady boss . . . I can't remember her name. He didn't seem to care for her hovering.

I love Hotchner but Reid and Gracia are a close second. No one has mentioned JJ, she follows right behind Reid and Garcia for me. I love her character.

I like Rossi, when Mandy Patankin (is that how you spell that?) left, I wasn't sure how I would like the show. But it turns out it did really miss a beat. The cast really is that good, that they pulled together and made it seem like he was never there in the first place. Rossi just fits right in. Prentiss's character took more getting used to but I think she was supposed to, the writters wrote her that way.

My favorite is Derek and Garcia together. Maybe because thaey provide the few lighter moments.

I'm going to have to watch it online afterwards...my sweetie and I will be on the road Wednesday evening driving to his parent's home in southern california for Thanksgiving. I still have to watch this week's episode as well as this week's episode of V online in the next few days.

This is one of my favorite shows. I love Morgan and Garcia's relationship. I think that she began with a crush on him, now it's more like a 'brotherly' type of love between them. She really likes her geeky boyfriend, but she had to warn Morgan about getting into a relationship with the lady. It would be the wrong type of relationship based on the wrong reasons. She counsels the family of victims so she knows the signs. Morgan is gonna get in over his head and she's gonna be there to pick him back up.
I think that Morgan will not have a problem stepping down, but I think in the future with a differing of opinions, he may be more vocal and stand up to Hotch head to head. I also think that Hotch will be forced to do something horrible to save his family next week. That would be the full circle angle, about not becoming a monster will all that they see and do.
