Tracey looks amazing! I am tiring of Liz. I was hoping Rebecca would win this, but I think it is going to be Rudy.

I agree. And I thought it was really weird that her "after" segment was running that mile. Everyone else was at home and showing off their new bodies and stuff.

I thought they spent too much time on her after segment. All along I thought that she may have been a favorite of the producers because they constantly showed her face (and weird expressions) everytime something was going on.

Any one else notice that when they showed Tracey's daughter she had on a T shirt with the verse "I can do all things thru Christ" printed on the back. If Tracey is a Christian it didn't come through in her personality on the show. She seemed self centered.

My favs are Allen and Danny, but if a female is to win, I want it to be Rebecca.

Honestly I don't really have a favorite on this season. But I will still keep watching.

I am surprised Bob and Jillian are allowed to wear whatever they want on the show. I paused the show last night so I could figure out what was on Jillian's shirt (the red one at the beginning of the episode). Turns out it was about adopting animals from shelters - that was cool.

I like Danny and Rebecca, Allen would be ok too! I agree on Tracey!

Well I'm glad she's gone. I think had she just played the social politics, she might still be a contender but it was payback. I just didn't understand the "special treatment" stuff. I was put off by that. There's gonna be some stuff next week with it being a double elimination round. I'm not liking Amanda. The way she cuts her eyes, is like...wow. I like Danny. I wouldn't mind seeing him take the whole thing.

I was so happy to see Tracey go too. . . It was good to hear that she had regrets though.

The plugs for the different products is really getting way too obvious. That whole Extra gum discussion between Bob and Amanda was just plain awkward.

I like Rebecca. . .she really put everything into the challenge. I'm also pulling for Shay because she won't be getting the support she needs at home and has a lot more to lose. It was fun to see her get below 400 this week. She just barely stayed above the yellow line though, even with a nine pound weight loss.

I remember a few seasons back, they were eating Jello cups and talking about what a delicious and low cal dessert it makes. That stuff is pretty disgusting, yet they acted like it was the best thing they ever tasted!

Well, when you cut off sweets....it changes how things taste. I remember the chocolate pudding cups talk by Bob a few seasons back too.

OH MY GOODNESS, WAY TO GO, SHAY!

Who do you think will go home this week? I hope it's either Liz and/or Daniel.

Always makes me suspicious when a contestant looses a really unusual amount of weight for them. Still don't like Shay, but I'm glad for her.

It's unbelievable that Shay lost 17 lbs and still ended up below the yellow line. I'm hoping Amanda goes home. Shay has more work to do.

I'm surprised that Shay lost so much and still fell below the line. I would've voted for Amanda to go home. Shay does benefit from the ranch, and if we're talking gameplay, then Shay will always have more to loose then anyone else to stay above the line.

Part of me dislikes the show more and more, because I'll never agree with someone losing akin to 20 lbs/wk, even if they get a doc to ok it.

But the other part of me loves the contestants usually, and their will. I like to see people succeed and reach their goals. I do feel sorry for Shay, because I feel like no matter how hard she'd tried, it never was "good enough."

Reckon why they did not show Shay's current weight? My hubby thinks they are going to bring her back.
He says he thinks Bob and Jillian are gonna insist. What do you all think?

I think you're right.

So glad to see the old team beat the young team's rear end. Something had to break the deadlock. The red line was a brilliant idea.

I wondered why. I also wondered if soon some folks will be brought back to compete. They usually do that.

I was curious about that too! It would be great if she came back, although if I was one of the contestants I wouldn't be too happy about it.

Shay and Daniel were on Jay Leno tonight. Shay looked amazing! She said she's lost 150lbs so far. Daniel looked good too.

I could not believe Rudy! How cold could he be. He knew Shay needed to be there and even betrayed her during the immunity challenge. It just seemed so cold and calucuating! My daughter now refers to him as a "chum bucket." I understand why some choose who they did but it seem too calculating for him to choose Shay. She lost 17 pounds! What a remarkable step. I was thrilled for her. I didn't want to see Amanda go either but Shay needed to be there longer.

I did see Shay and Daniel on Jay Leno and they both look amazing. I hope they do allow her to come back. She deserves it. She still has a long way to go but has made amazing progress!

I agree with this. But they are playing a game for money and Amanda is easier to beat.

Shay looked great last night on Leno's show! So very pretty and doing well.

I'm mad too. I hope Rudy gets booted off the ranch next week. That'll show him. You know what they say: Pay backs a certain word!

Alright, I thought before the things with Rudy and Shay could have been some strange misunderstanding but after last night I don't think he is nearly as nice as I thought.

There are words for him but I don't use them! I really wanted Liz to go, she and Rudy would make a great pair!
