Yesterday was a great run! It was awesome after the week off. I even upped my speed.

I am on a plane bound for my home town tomorrow for 5 days. I will probably not be exercising and I will be doing way too much eating but I will look forward to getting back down to business when I get home.

Had to break-up my work-out in increments tonite I ended up with 40 mins on exercise bike and 300 crunches.

Dh and I didn't make it hiking these past two days but we were able to go walk around the complex and soccer track.

Well I ran on Wed, Step class thur and ran last night. Not too bad.

I am not doing much today. It is cold. Brrrrr.....

I think I will try and walk at least. Husband and I are going to the movies in two hours though. Ugh!

Not bad today. Yesterday, I didn't workout but I walked home from work(1.6 mi) Today: 20 min abs; 20 mins cardio/strength; 35 mins exercise bike

Monday and today I did an incline on the treadmill for 1/2 hour.

I worked out on the treddy for 1/2 hour. I'm still hoping to go hiking with DH before it gets too cold. It's been in the 50's - 60's here. I'm anticipating seeing fall foilage up close and personal.

Reach, I hope you feel better soon!

I didn't go hiking or look at the foilage last week. DH and I decided to go to the movies and do some shopping instead -- not that I minded at all. I also didn't exercise in the last couple of days. Shame on me. Although I hopped back on the fretmill today. I did an incline for 1/2 hour.

I got to the gym 4 times last week. 3 days running. 1 day step class. I also went bike riding with the hubby on sun. Yeah.

This week the plan is 4 again.
Today I did my run and I increased my speed. Good times!

Hi everyone! Long time no talk. I'm super proud of everyone that has been working hard toward their goals. That's awsome! Keep it up.
I haven't been on in a while because our family has been dealing with some tragedy. I'm trying to get my life back together now, and today was a big step. I went to the gym, and just did a really short workout with the machines. Isn't much, but it's a start. I'm looking toward a thanksgiving 5K. We shall see.

I have been gone for quite a while. I took a trip home for a class reunion. After I got back I got sick and didn't exercise for a while but I have been back on track for a couple of weeks now and making slow and steady progress. I have pretty much been doing pool workouts only. It is my favorite exercise so I figured why not stick with something I love. Yesterday I had the day off of work so I went and worked out for an hour in the morning and then did another hour in the evening. Today I am feeling the burn! I am going back down tonight though. I know I should add some walking to my routine but yesterday I twisted my ankle pretty badly while walking the dog and I will want to wait for that to stop hurting.

I try to walk at least 6 days a week, at least 3 miles a day with three days between 6 & 7 miles. Thus far, I've walked 28 miles this week (did 31 total miles last week).

I'm jumping in here... haven't been exercising much lately. Was sick for 2 months and now that I'm feeling better, I have a LOT of work to do (plus, I'm out of my routine). So I plan to use the elliptical more often, walk 3-4 times a week (at least 2 miles each time), do stretches, use some hand-weights.
