Hizzah. Have fun and have a turkey leg for me.

And I would rather have chocolate than cod liver oil.

The pod people and come and picked up my pod.

I am going home tomorrow.

I always suspected that Gary was an alien.

And this coincides conveniently with the premier of V tomorrow.

I re-watched the whole original mini-series Sunday. I don't think I'll be watching the new one. It doesn't look much different from the promos.

I think that was the first appearance of Robert Englund (Freddy?), is that right?

Wonder why MC didn't want to go to school. Test this morning?

I don't know....it may have been a severe case of mondayitis. I still get that sometimes.

I get mondayitis as well - and sometimes it's not even on Mondays....

If I remember, I'd like to watch V. When I was a kid, I absolutely loved it although after watching much of the old one yesterday, I'd have to say that I apparently didn't get a lot of it when I was a kid...

I've noticed this too when I've gone back and watched something I last watched as a kid. Superman IV used to scare the heebies out of me. I watched it a couple of months ago and I was waiting to get scared. The Things were looking at me skeptically and refused to believe I had nightmares from that movie.

Yes. I'll be getting in touch with everyone who signed up next week. I'm going to pretty much stick to the schedule I have for the singles so I don't overly confoosed mahself.

Prayers requested --

I ask please that you would keep my Toby in your prayers. He is having surgery tomorrow morning to remove an anal mass they found today. It's pretty large, and there's a chance it's cancerous. The added danger of the surgery is his heart condition. They're taking him to a different clinic where they have a better surgical suite, and the doctor who knows how to do this best.

Thanks!

There's a bunch of words in there no one ever wants to hear. Keep us posted. Praying for good news.

Thanks so much, everyone. I knew I could depend on y'all.

Goodness! I meant to go vote after I picked Toby up from grooming, and I got distracted and forgot!

So off I go ...

No, wait, I'm walking ...

If you guys haven't seen THIS (the link in the OP, zoom in and follow left to right, top to bottom) it's really very cool. And humbling.

Prayers going up for Toby as well. My furries are my babies so I know how hard it can be when one of them isn't doing so well.
