Matt's "treatment" counseling was cancelled for tonight, and rescheduled for Tuesday. Praise God...we are hoping to start our weekend off positively. I beg you prayer warriors to pray this weekend can be filled with peace and joy in each other's company, as well as our kids.
Already tonight there was friction and we need to have none of that.
Pray we can really enjoy being togther this weekend in every way and it is as easy and natural as breathing.

Lord I pray for this to be a wonderful, relaxing weekend for ppodmama and her family. Don't let the devil get even a toe in their door. Keep out all intrustion and let peace, joy, and happiness cover them. Lord you are so good. I thank you that Matt's "treatment" was cancelled. I pray those in charge will see that this whole mandatory thing is a farce and let these people pick up the pieces of their lives. Thankyou Lord.

please pray for us through this weekend. Bad night last night and I hate that because I want things to be good....we need things to be good.
Also...we are very desperate for time alone as a couple. If my dream could come true, Matt and I would go away for a month or two alone so we could focus on rebuilding each other and gradually work everything else back in ..of course, our kids, jobs and creditors won't allow that.
But Matt wants to go out to dinner together and that's gonna take a miracle of extra money showing up. Please pray that happens. Thanks.
Matt's p.o. is coming for a home visit Monday...his "treatment" session is Tuesday...pray it all goes good.

Father please provide for the extra financial needs of ppodmama and Matt. Let this be the most relaxing and loving weekend for them. Lord, please make it possible for them to have this needed time alone together. It is so important, Lord. I will pray for the entire month, Father, because I know it nothing for you to be able to provide the entire month. Father you know their needs and I pray that those needs are met.

Praise God...GREAT weekend! Much needed.
Please pray for p.o. meeting tonight. These meetings as of late have always brought some sort of bad news (not permitted to celebrate halloween, dna testing, etc) so I am hoping that stops.
Matt heard at his last "treatment" meeting some people were being restricted from celebrating New Year's Eve. Pray we ARE not restricted on anything else anymore...
Pray it is over faster than any other meeting we've had and we can shake it off. Pray it happens early too, the window is like from 5-9 p.m.
Matt attends a prayer group with some wonderful committed guys...It is an accountability group that started from Promisekeepers. He is very close to these guys.
They planned a men's night out to see a college basketball game together, and without mentioning it to Matt, bought matt a ticket.
He is not sure if he will be able to go without me, remember I'm his "chaperone". I really want him to get permission to go, even if that requires one of his guys also becoming a chaperone, though I pray he doesn't need it. Some of these rules are so stupid, it's like just put the guy under house arrest already then....UGH.
He would like something like this to do with his prayer buddies. Pray he can go.

Thank you for your prayers for us. Matt got permission to attend the basketball game with his Promisekeeper partners YEAH!!! this should go a long way to help him emotionally to not feel like such a prisoner.
The p.o. visit was over in 3 minutes. another YEAH!
Matt's "treatment" went well last night. He had to share his story and was able to get the history out finally, but of course, he had to feign the rest.
That went as good as it could. Please pray he is released from this counseling requirement ASAP!
I've started a self-worth study. It's helping me quite a bit already, in terms of confidence and I'm kind of retraining my thought process. It's working. Matt has said he is so glad to see me becoming more confident.
I am too and I know it will help him feel better as well.
Praise and thanks to You God and continued gratitude for my praying siblings in Christ.

Thank You for the good things You are doing for ppodmama and her husband.
And thank You for the good things that I know You are going to do in the future.
Help them to have a wonderful Thanksgiving and a good weekend together.
Remove their stress and anxiety and replace it with Your Perfect Peace.

Please pray over our weekend. Matt revealed to me last night he had been feeling anxious all morning at work then later in the day while he was working he saw "the accuser" no contact, just saw her and it sent him reeling.
Pray he would get lost in the joy of our family and our marriage from the moment he is up this weekend. Pray that feelings of anger and depression would be lifted by God's hand.
We are going to cut down our Christmas tree today. Last year the trauma of this really damaged what had usually been such a joy. Please pray this time it is full of laughter, love and good memories. We want to treat the kids to a special meal out while we do this, so pray that those feelings go a long way to keep depression at bay.
Pray also God would show me whatever I can do to help Matt.
Thanks guys...I appreciate you so much.

Your eyes and can release all of their tension and sadness to You for renewal and refreshment.

For the first time I've read through this thread and all of your posts ppodmama.
How awful!!! I'm so saddened to read what your family has been going through. However, it makes my heart sing to read of how you have never lost your faith in the Lord and your marriage has endured through out all of this.
I too will become one of your prayer warriors. I hope God grants you a miracle and finally makes the truth come out soon. I have been in a similar situation (though no where near as horrible) as yours. I know the feelings of anger, confusion, and depression. May God bless you and your family.

Father I pray nothing happened to darken this wonderful tradition for this family. I pray the weekend was peaceful and filled with the joy of the coming holiday in which we celebrate the birth of you son. Thank you for all you have done for this couple. Take all this sadness form Matt and fill his heart instead with joy for what you have accomplished for him and ppodmama. Do not allow the devil to ruin another holiday for them, Lord. Thank you.
