Status: offline 		Once I saw my son and his friend sitting in the living room IMing each other. I've got pictures, too. Of course, there was all kinds of conversation going on in the room and they "said" they didn't want to be talking over everyone else.

It's neat too because you get to know things about people that you wouldn't have otherwise. Little did I know how much Shallbe and I had in common until we actually met.

And I didn't know Shema and Kuku very well at all online but I love them both dearly now. Just with the people at the GT, I feel like I made friends for life.

Status: offline 		<clears throat> I use texting a lot. First my Daughter has a Cell so I take it as a point of pride that I can text faster and more accurately than she can <chuckle>.

Second, I text A lot in staff meetings and such . Sometime to people within the meeting itself. ROFL! Its almost like passing notes back in highschool!!!! Texting in meetings helps to keep me awake...So I view it as a possitive thing, unless I'm in the middle of a text and the speaking calls on me to back-up a point.....Ummm, yeah, talk about fast thinking and responding without looking paniced....Flawless <chuckle>.

The only issue I have is that my Supervisor, sits 15 feet away and he sends me an Email to ask me to come see him instead of just getting up and coming to talk with me <sigh>. Its like nails on a chalkboard to me.

I'll have to start practicing my karaoke and guitar playing so I'm not as terrible come next summer LOL. But seriously this is great, and looking forward to it, never been to anything like this before.

I was GREAT at texting with my RAZR. Then I upgraded to a Blackberry and while I'm faster with two hands, I'm ridiculously slow with one. *sigh* I'll pick up eventually I suppose.
