He was not a candidate for public office. Therefore the state government had no right to illegally access and release his private and personal information without his consent. It doesn't matter if he did go out and campaign for McCain, he was still a private citizen. His civil rights were infringed upon for political gain. I worked with a state agency years ago and if I disclose confidential information about clients even now I can face serious consequences.

He was under investigation before he ever stepped up on stage. Even if one can blame McCain for thrusting him into the lime light it is still illegal for some of his personal records to be accessed and distributed through the media.

Oh i understand, since it was Obama lackeys attacking someone who dared question the golden child it is just whiskey under the bridge to violate someones privacy and gain illegal access to his records
