Hi I did a small search and didn't see this posted before... The recent threads on Can't Buy Me Love and Adventures in Babysitting have prompted me to post this. Discuss your favorite 80s movies. If you were a child of the late 70s/80s like me tell us which movies really meant a lot to you during those years. Are you still fond of them today? Here's a starter list for me: The Lost Boys Stand By Me The Goonies Labyrinth Ferris Bueller's Day Off Adventures in Babysitting Can't Buy Me Love Top Gun Footloose Gremlins ET Flight of the Navigator The Last Star Fighter Star Wars Trilogy Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan To this day I still like to watch all of these movies. I even own a few of them!

Great thread. I'll have to start one on the 70's. As for the 80s: Arthur The Untouchables Raiders of the Lost Ark Witness Ghost Busters Roxanne Raising Arizona The Shining Romancing The Stone A Christmas Story The Terminator Die Hard The Princess Bride Throw Momma From The Train and the best movie of the 80s....Glory
