Muslims claim that they worship the same God as the Christians, and yet Muhammad revealed to them a different God then the one that Jesus has revealed to us. Jesus taught us to love our enemies whereas Muhammad taught them to fight their enemies. Jesus did not believe in fighting for God's cause but was adamantly apposed to any form of violence. Whereas Muhammad believed strongly in fighting for God's cause and using violence. Jesus said to bless your enemies but Muhammad said to put them to death. So how then do we follow and believe in the same God? Muhammad said to face Mecca when you pray, but Jesus said to set your faces towards heaven and pray to our Father. Muhammad was against anything that may intimate that we are God's children. Jesus said to believe in Him and you will be saved. Muhammad said to follow the rules and regulations set forth by him. Jesus said not to pray in vain repetition as the heathen do. Muhammad taught repetitious prayer to be practiced five times a day. Jesus fulfilled the prophecies of the Old Testament. Muhammad had no real knowledge of the Old Testament since his references to it are grossly misquoted. Yet Muslims say that they believe in Jesus just as we do. This has to be blatant ignorance on their part or a cunning deception. They believe in what the Koran says about Jesus, whereas we believe in what the New Testament says about Jesus. So Muslims either do not bother to truly understand our faith, or their faith is built on deception. That is they set out to convert people by cunningly deceiving them. I would say that most are probably just ignorant of the Christian faith, and so really do believe that we worship the same God, and believe in the same Jesus. In reality nothing can be further from the truth. Muslims despise the very core of our faith, that Jesus was the Holy Son of God, and that He died on the cross for our sins. According to their Holy Scriptures, our faith is blasphemy. They could not in anyway suffer our faith to remain if ever they had the power to destroy it. Believing that Muhammad is the greatest prophet and his message the final word on true religion, they could never suffer any other belief to exist but their own. It would be blatant ignorance and stupidity of the greatest kind for anyone to deny this. You cannot embrace a poisonous snake to your breast and not endanger your life. Why anyone would want to delude themselves by convincing themselves that Islam is as safe as any other belief astounds me no end.
Why are they so afraid to admit to these differences that we have? Why would they rather believe that Christianity and Islam are of the same branch? Why do Muslims so adamantly try to convince the world that there are no differences. Maybe because they want to cling to that grand delusion that Muhammad was a prophet of God. It concerns me that a religion has to resort to deception, to win people to its cause. The fact that they succeed is not a witness on any infallibility on Islams part, but a witness that people are just so gullible and naive.

You have spoken a lot of truth here.
The Koran tells the follows of Islam to hold their friends close and their enemies closer.
This is a philosophy based on deeception. Lure your enemies into a state of false confidence then cut their throats. It is deceptive just like the Devil is deceptive.

I am very familiar with the Koran. Unfortunately, most infidels like Westerners are very ignorant of what it teaches, and are more then happy to remain so. If anything I say can help you with your video or anything please use it, and I would be glade to help wherever I can. Years ago, I had a dream, when I was but a baby in Christ. In this dream I was a minister, and to cut a long story short, I was assassinated by a bomb in hidden my suitcase. A strange dream, but in it I was much older, balding as I am now and serving God. In these times the dream now makes sense. I have a feeling that this may be my destiny. If so at least it was quick and painless. Ah well, better to Die for Jesus, then to live for Allah [:D]

The formation of Christianity and Islam are profoundly different in origin. Muhammad had visions in a cave, and proclaimed that he was a Prophet from God and has the final say on all things.
Jesus came to this Earth to die for our sins. To pave the way of salvation for mankind. After He rose from the dead, He gave His disciples the commission to go and preach this salvation to all the world. That is that in His sacrifice on the cross, we have the forgiveness of sins, and peace with God. Muhammad did not preach this salvation, but denied it absolutely and set up his own religion. A religion that has no origins in Christianity. Islam is in truth opposed to Christianity and its foundation, the Gospel that the Apostles of Christ had preached. The biggest thing that concerns me about Islam is that they believe that it is good to kill in the name of God. “The sword,” says Muhammad, “is the key of heaven and hell; a drop of blood shed in the cause of God, a night spent in arms, is of more avail than two months of fasting and prayer: whosoever falls in battle, his sins are forgiven; at the day of judgment his wounds shall be resplendent as vermilion, and odoriferous as musk; and the loss of his limbs shall be supplied by the wings of angels and cherubim” (Gibbon, iii. 387)
What did Jesus say, "My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. " (John 18:36) Mohammad did not follow the teachings of Jesus but rather exalted himself above the Lord. Muhammad was a dictator. As it is with all dictators, they cannot tolerate anything that may take the focus, or importance off of them. So Muhammad denied the Lords divinity, call it a great blasphemy, and even had the audacity to say that Jesus was only a prophet. He proclaimed himself the greatest prophet and final say on God and religion. Yes Jesus was not as special as me and his followers must submit to my cause. What arrogance, what egotistical megalomania. Jesus willingly gave His own life, and greatly suffered a torturous and humiliating death, to redeem us from the penalty of sin. What did Muhammad do but kill others to pave the way for his supreme authority. He succeeded as does Islam today, for its strength is in the ignorance of its followers. It endeavors to keep its followers ignorant by immersing them in the teachings and delusions that Muhammad himself had spoken, claiming that it all has the authority of God. they follow the delusions of a despot. The fact that Muhammad said that he was the final prophets shows that he and they who believed him, did not understand that the Jews were waiting for the Messiah. Jesus was that Messiah, but they rejected him and still wait for another. Muhammad never claimed to be the Messiah, showing that he was completely ignorant of both the hope of the Jews and the Hope that we have in Jesus Christ. If Muhammad had claimed to be the coming Messiah, then at least he would have shown that he was not ignorant of the religions that he claims to fulfill. Neither the Jews or Christians are looking for a final prophet. One still seeks the Messiah, and the other believes in Him. Muhammad would have shown more credibility, if he called himself the Messiah. By calling himself the greatest Prophet, he just shows an ignorance, that is only matched by his arrogance. It is certain that all of his followers show their ignorance of what the prophets, the Messiah and His Apostles had revealed to us. They ignore all previous revelations, at the behest of one man, who certainly had his own agenda in mind and not Gods.

Here is something about Muhammad that I find very disturbing.

Ayisha was only a child when she married Mohammad, but she never forgot her wedding day. She was playing on a swing when someone came to get her ready for the ceremony. Her husband proved to be very kind- he let her keep her toys and dolls and sometimes even played games with her. (Triggs, T.D, 1981, Founders of Religion, Wayland Publishers Ltd, United Kingdom. )

If that is true then I think it should have serious implications for any Muslim, who openly follows a pedophile. And reminds me of something that Jesus had said.

It would be better for him if a large millstone were tied around his neck and he were thrown into the sea than for him to cause one of these little ones to sin.

The Moslems only land was their courtyard, where those who were homeless had to camp. Some earned little money by watering date-palms. It was tiring work, especially drawing water from wells. At last, in 623, they were forced to start attacking and robbing Meccan merchants as they traveled on the desert roads. I find this rather hypercritical that the Koran commands to cut off the hand a thief, and yet Muhammad resorted to highway robbery to earn money since, hard work was to much for them. If this is true, then the first Moslems stated out as a band of robber and bandits. How could He be against stealing, when it was stealing that got funded his early campaign. I cannot remember Jesus or his early disciples stealing to survive. The contrast between Jesus and Muhammad, is as large as Islam and Christianity. They are as different as night is to day. I think we know who are the ones living in the light.

The Muslims are Deceived people through their forefathers and since their is no freedom in Islam, if a muslim converts to another religion, according to Islam, he or she should be legally hanged according to the Islamic rite.

The Muslim people are descendants of son of shame which was produced by human plan (Sarai then and Abraham when she failed to conceive from her husband Abram). Then she thought of an idea which is asking him to sleep with her Egyptian maid Hagar who became pregnant and had a sun named Ishmael, even though God wanted to bless both Abraham and Sarai with a son; yet both of them got tired and weary of waiting and manipulated a project outside God's will.

This is what happens when we lose faith, we tend to cook something and manipulate our circumstances instead of trusting God and these are the consequences.

Muslims are the result of this manipulation and control of Sarah and Abraham when right the following year, God provided them with a son when they were both in their 80s and 90s...if only they waited on God's promise...they would both have Isaac which means laughter.

Hence the Muslims are deluded and deceived nations and even lack freedom to convert to Christianity and we need to keep them persistently in our prayers.

Yes I pray that all who believe the Koran will come to believe the Gospel instead. Poor Abraham could not have imagined what his lack of faith had produced. Well God likes to make his point and does so in a big and clear way. May we all learn from it and have Faith in Him.

Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. (1 John 2:22)

From these very spine chilling verses in the Koran, it is obvious by what the Apostle John had said, that Muhammad was a liar.

O ye people of the Book! do not exceed in your religion, nor say against God aught save the truth. The Messiah, Jesus the son of Mary, is but the apostle of God and His Word, which He cast into Mary and a spirit from Him; believe then in God and His apostles, and say not 'Three.' Have done! it were better for you. God is only one God, celebrated be His praise that He should beget a Son! His is what is in the heavens and what is in the earth and God sufficeth for a guardian. (THE KORAN, Translated by E.H. Palmer)

The Messiah the son of Mary is only a prophet: prophets before him have passed away; and his mother was a confessor; they used both to eat food.- See how we explain to them the signs, yet see how they turn aside! (THE KORAN, Translated by E.H. Palmer)

Yet they made the ginn partners with God, though He created them! and they ascribed to Him sons and daughters, though they have no knowledge; celebrated be His praise! And exalted be He above what they attribute to Him! The Jews say Ezra is the son of God; and the Christians say that the Messiah is the son of God; that is what they say with their mouths, imitating the sayings of those who misbelieved before.- God fight them! how they lie! (THE KORAN, Translated by E.H. Palmer)

They say, 'God has taken to Himself a son.' Celebrated be His praises! He is the rich one! His is whatever is in the heavens, and whatever is in the earth. They say, 'The Merciful has taken to Himself a son:'-ye have brought a monstrous thing! The heavens well-nigh burst asunder thereat, and the earth is riven, and the mountains fall down broken, that they attribute to the Merciful a son! But it becomes not the Merciful to take to Himself a son! There is none in the heavens or the earth but comes to the Merciful as a servant; He counts them and numbers them by number, and they are all coming to Him on the resurrection day singly. "We have heard a marvellous Koran that guides to the right direction; and we believe therein, and we join no one with our Lord, for, verily, He-may the majesty of our Lord be exalted!-has taken to Himself neither consort nor son. This may not seem pertinent to your post........but sometimes we forget who these people are, beyond being part of God's creation.

By the way, the manner of conception of Ishmael, was a common practice of the day, for women who were considered baren. Whether 'custom' makes it right or not, I don't know. But it came before Moses' set of Laws. Right or wrong, it was not God's intent.

As was the custom: Rachel wanted to go this way too:
( Gen. 30:1 Now when Rachel saw that she bore Jacob no
children, Rachel envied her sister, and said to Jacob,
"Give me children, or else I die!"
2. And Jacob’s anger was aroused against Rachel, and
he said, "Am I the place of God, who has withheld
from you the fruit of the womb?"
3. SO SHE SAID, "HERE IS MY MAID BILHAH; GO IN TO HER
AND SHE WILL BEAR A CHILD ON MY KNEES,
THAT I ALSO MAY HAVE CHILDREN BY HER.

To Hagar
Gen. 16:11 And the Angel of the Lord said to her (Hagar):
"Behold, you are with child, And you bear a son,
‘You shall call his name Ishmael, Because the LORD
has heard your affliction,
12. HE SHALL BE A WILD MAN; HIS HAND SHALL BE AGAINST
EVERY MAN,
AND EVERY MAN'S HAND AGAINST HIM.
And he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren"

God tells Abraham concerning Ishmael:
Genisus 17:20. "And as for Ishmael, I have heard you, Behold, I have
blessed him, and will make him fruitful and will
multiply him exceedingly. He shall beget twelve
princes, and I will make him a great nation.

Genisus 20:13 'Yet I will make a nation of the son of the bondwoman, because he is your seed.

Hagar was Egyptian and choose an Egyptian wife for him, later.

Eshmael was opposite, if you will, even in nature, to Isaac who was destined to be the line of the Messiah. Eshmael, although being first born, evidently was not entitled to the birth rite.
As God has done in other families, the second born carries the family heritage.

Hagar being Egyptian would probably be another strike against him, being a pagan nation.

It doesn't surprise me that in this present day, these people would take an opposite/opposing position to Chistianity. Those who take Jesus Christ as their Lord.
Satan attempts to mimic Christ and come as an angel of light. Satan is deceiving again and he is using these people to do so. If we aren't aware, we could believe the lie.
I hear many intelligent Christians saying that 'Alllah' is just another name for God.
As one Jewish friend likes to say, "Allah, is not my god."
Allah was around long before, Mohammod, .......before Abraham....as the moon god.
Abraham's father worshiped him.
The cresent and star is on their flag, which is the moon god symbol.
(Unfortionately, it's not the only religion we need to be alert to, today.)

Actually Ishmael was 13 years old when Isaac was born.
