kingSHRINE -> girl/legal trouble (10/4/2008 9:41:46 AM)

---reposting this topic in the men's only fourm-----

In short i had recently met a girl, im 15 turning 16 next month she Just hit 17 about 3 weeks ago, anyways

She currently lives in a foster home, At one point she ran away from her fosterhome and i met her, for 2 days she was aloud to stay at my home. Me and her both shared my bed during this time we did do sexuarl acts (oral). Due to her being a run away we took her to a safehouse Where she then ended up going back to her fosterhome. Here is where it gets complicated The girl i was with had told her sister that we had oral sex her sister then told her fostermom who Says she has now contacted cps On my family for letting a run away Share the same bed as me and because we engaged in oral sex. Pretty much what i want to know is, if anyone can tell me How much legal trouble this could cause? And if cps can or will be able to do anything? Or might this fall under 2 teenagers makeing a stupid mistake and no real legal action can be taken?

(Forgot to add currently liveing in california and after doing some quick research of the "penal code" have found some intresting things That seem to awsner my main concern
http://www.ageofconsent.com/california.htm

"For the purposes of this section, a "minor" is a person
under the age of 18 years and an "adult" is a person
who is at least 18 years of age.

(b) Any person who engages in an act of unlawful sexual
intercourse with a minor who is not more than three years
older or three years younger than the perpetrator, is
guilty of a misdemeanor.

I doubt anything will happen to you, but your parents may get into a lot of trouble for harboring a runaway and letting you share a bed, if they knew about it. I'm not a lawyer, so don't take that as accurate legal advice.

My advise is for your family to contact an attorney, and for YOU TO QUIT POSTING ANYTHING ON AN INTERNET FORUM!!!! Anything posted on a forum IS ARCHIVED, and CAN be subpoenaed to be used against you. Got it? NEVER post such info on a PUBLIC INTERNET FORUM when facing legal problems.

As someone said the first thing to do is STOP posting about these events on a public forum. What you say here can be obtained by law enforcement and used against you. I am a law enforcement officer in Alabama and we have several laws that could apply in this situations. You have admitted your actions in a public place. I see no law that would cause you to be prosecuted but you had implicated your parents also and there are several that apply to them. If I were you I would contact the administration of the forums and ask them to delete this thread. After that keep quite about it for your parents sake.

Hello kingSHRINE

Boy, you need to get a life in Jesus Christ. You are committing adultery. If you don't let Christ change you, you will one day get yourself into deep trouble.

hey , im 16 years old and i have been down pretty much the same thing you are going through right now .
i got off easy with nothing but a bruised ego . But only by the grace of god did that happen . I know you probabley wont listen as sometimes its hard for me to take my own advice but dont engage in anything sexual until you are married! it solves a lot of problems

Don't ever post or say anything on the Web that you don't want your stalker, friend, fiancé, teacher, classmate, band member, employer, employee, church, deacon, pastor, spouse, parent, grandparent, sibling, significant other, child, roommate, teammate, coach, counselor, lawyer, judge, Police, CIA, FBI, Department of Homeland Security, or a carpenter born in a stable to see.

That pretty much sums it up.
