I've always enjoyed SNL's political spoofs, for the most part and wonder if it's right. Do they go too far and should believers support this kind of stuff?

I think believer's should support and enjoy well-written satire, but not poorly-written satire. [;)]

And it's usually only funny if it's making fun of a politician you don't like.[sm=raisedbrows.gif]

I can't fathom a reason why they would be wrong. Political satire is about the only thing getting me through this oversaturated election period.

Nah. If you can't find humor in the ridiculousness of both parties, you're taking it all way too seriously to begin with.

There is great difference between satire and hurtful expression.

enjoy one, shun the other.

WHAT!?!?! Laugh? That is the unpardonable sin. A Christian should be so absorbed in the plight of the lost and the glory of God that they have no time whatsoever for any emotion between despair and awe.

REPENT!!!

I like Barracuda Palin, but Tina Fey had me in stitches in that first skit.
