One opinion. This year I voted for the Hoppers but I also really like the Perrys (In 2004-2005 I voted for the Perrys). Remember the Hoppers have a broader fan base than that of the Perrys. The Hoppers venture out west, to Canada and places the Perrys don't have as strong a fan base. Growing up in the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast region of the US, I can tell you the Hoppers have a much stronger fan base than that of the Perrys in that area of the country.

I would also venture to say that if Singing News broke down votes by region, the Perrys would've probably won the southeast by a fairly wide margin. Let's not discount a particular artists win without looking at all the factors.

So true. I don't know if you would ever be able to really define best, because it is all relative to the specific individual listening.

Status: offline 		Favorite groups......kinda like ice cream. Some like vanilla, some like chocolate, some like strawberry and some like butter pecan. Some ice creams shops have 28 flavors to choose from and they are always getting new flavors.

See, everybody has a different taste. I like Cherry Vanilla too.

That's about the way with Southern Gospel Music, I like them (most) all.
