YEC is inconsistent with modern scientific knowledge period. You really don't get it, do you cow. I can make the same bald assertion that GTE is inconsistent with modern scientific knowledge, period, and be just as "scientific" as you! Because origins science is by its very nature totally dependent on faith-based assumptions and preconceived worldview biases. And that's the simple truth. YEC's frequently make bald assertions that have no scientific merit. YEC is a religious doctrine, not science and at least you admit it..

Why will you not admit that uniformitarian naturalism is also a religious doctrine, cow? It appears only one of us is being truly scientific here and it's not the person in denial!

YEC is inconsistent with modern scientific knowledge period. We know that’s your mantra cow, but do you really think continually chanting it will make it true? You give yourself the appearance of being quite superstitious.

Trucking ministry is a great idea. Thank you. I agree. We have had two truckers accept Christ since we started it, and that's what it is all about. Did you listen to any of the sermons? "A Good Man Lost" and "Little Foxes in the Vinyard" are two of my favorites. Plus I think the series on prayer is awesome.

Let's get back on topic, please. quote:
The museum idea, which i thought was wrong, turned out to be a great idea. Ideas are good but so is bricks and mortar. It is a beautiful museum. We finally got to visit it about a month ago, and we were really impressed with the quality of everything. I've been listening to Ken Ham since I was a little squirt. It was neat seeing the museum he built.

I've been to a lot of different museums, although I'm not sure if I've been to one that would fit what you describe, but that really doesn't have anything to do with Ken Ham.

Ken Ham is a wonderful Christian, and has put together a scientifically oriented organization that supports the Biblical Creation events. The key issue as stated by AiG, is that you have a situation where two groups of scientists, analyzing the same data, come to completly different conclusions. The reason for this, is that they started with different presuppositions: biblical vs. non-biblical. There is alot of scientific evidence that does NOT support Big Bank/billions year old universe, i.e. "spiral galaxies", "blue-light starts", degradation of comets, the "horizion effect", "time-light travel", etc. Recent Carbon 14 dating experiments have shown that geological samples of "coal", thought to be millions of year old, where only thousands of years old. Ken Ham is currently on his way to China, at the request of the Chinese government, to start a similar museum project in their country. God works in mysterious ways. God Bless,
