The companion thread to my "What Is Most Weight You've Ever Lost?":

For me?...I think it's approximately 55lbs. This was when I was physically unable to exercise from injury and was eating the same amount of food, if not more, from when I was not injured.

I found it much harder to lose the weight than to put it on. I wish losing weight was easier or just as easy as putting it on. [sm=biggrin.gif] ...A few days of no exercise and eating big meals automatically adds weight!

I lost around 70 pounds, now I've thankfully gained 25-30 of it back.

Wow, hmm....I gained around 200 pounds after having my kids one right after another. I am down 130ish of that so far.

Well, I wanted to lose weight, but not in the way I lost it. I ended up losing a lot more muscle than actual fat because I wasn't eating but a meal a day with work, and was working in the blistering sun with a hoodie (crazy, I know).

I was down to an emaciated 168 lbs. For someone with my build and height, that is not a good thing. I've bounced up around a healthy 190-200 range by eating tons more, but most importantly, eating the right things.

45lbs over one off-season when I was playing football. It was a good weight gain, though. Most of it was muscle mass.

I gained about 35lbs and got up to 250, now back down to 215 so that is good for me.

40 lbs. when I was pregnant with my son. That put me at 165. That was 4 years ago. Now I'm easily maintaining 108 with a healthy lifestyle. (I'm only 5 ft. tall).

Gaining all at one time, would have been 40 lbs. when I was pregnant with ^^^^isaacsmom^^^^. But between baby number 2 and baby number 3 I gained several sizes (not sure how many pounds). I lost weight during the next two pregnancies, but that still didn't put me at my ideal weight. I struggled to lose, trying everything, until about 2 years ago, when I lost all the weight I wanted and now I'm right where I want to be!!! [sm=dance.gif] And I've maintained for well over a year.
