Well, I wanted to lose weight, but not in the way I lost it. I ended up losing a lot more muscle than actual fat because I wasn't eating but a meal a day with work, and was working in the blistering sun with a hoodie (crazy, I know). I was down to an emaciated 168 lbs. For someone with my build and height, that is not a good thing. I've bounced up around a healthy 190-200 range by eating tons more, but most importantly, eating the right things.
