Trying to find suggestions for at home exercising, where "sound" is a concern. For those of you that use exercise dvds\videos, do any of you use a set-up to help reduce\eliminate the sound\noise to others in the house?
Basically, need some kind of "headphone" set-up that won't get in the way, but will also stay on\in place, during exercise. Turning down (or off) the volume, currently isn't a workable solution.
