BTW everyone, I am the proud owner of A FULL TANK OF GAS!! Finally found a station that had some gas yesterday afternoon and I filled 'er up! On the way to the bus station this morning, I saw several stations with gas. Maybe the worst is over. I sure hope so!

I hope so, too! I saw several stations that had gas but didn't have lines and a few more that had gas and already have long lines.

I saw a tanker at one of the smaller stations in our area last night that had not had gas for several days. Let's hope the long lines are about over. Maybe everybody has a full tank and won't be rushing to top them off as often now that it seems to be a little more plentiful.

I've been holding off but I'll need to get some gas for our trip to Rome tomorrow for Triumphant and the Booth Brothers.

Hi everyone. New day with sunshine and 53 degrees here in Ohio. I'm glad those of you with gas problems are beginning to see improvement!

Oh dear. I am sure some people will take that in a different way than I intended!

Birthday Gift

Sam walked over to the perfume counter and told the
clerk he'd like a bottle of Chanel #5 for his wife's
birthday.

"A little surprise, eh?" smiled the clerk.

"You bet," answered Sam. "She's expecting a
cruise."

"What's For Dinner"

The young couple (James and Loverly) invited their elderly pastor for Sunday dinner. While they were in the kitchen preparing the meal, the minister asked their son what they were having.

"Goat," the little boy replied.

"Goat?" replied the startled man of the cloth, "Are you sure about that?"

"Yep," said the youngster. "I heard Dad say to Mom, 'Today is just as good as any to have the old goat for dinner.'"

You all are confusing me posting in two threads. I almost didn't see the other one. Sorry but I just had to get one last post in this one. See you in the other thread!
