Sounds delightful!! I'll be reading, too... I've got one book on my knee and another in front of me, along with my notes and stuff in the other room I will need to fetch in a little bit. Doesn't sound much like snuggling to me. 
I feel for you. Just think of what I'm doing tonight as a future reward you get to enjoy after jumping through all of the hoops in your educational path. 
But your situation isn't that bad. You're enjoying the books, right?
Tonight, I'll also say a prayer for you, GnM, that you'll have the discipline and stamina to make it through your studies, both tonight and for the duration of the program.

Enjoy is a, well, a strong word.  I'll PM ya. But honestly, tonight it's not so bad. I get to "dig" into my books like I enjoy digging in my Bible to uncover truths.
Shema, you enjoy your evening of reading -- you've deserved it after all the months of textbook reading. Now is time for you to enjoy some sweetness & light.

I've been trying to forget how my head cold feels.......since Oct 14, lol. I just can't get rid of it, and the extremely cold weather for Nov isn't helping.

And I usually would. But I was stupid enough to start a diet, under a Dr's care, during the holidays. Every week when we meet, the first thing she says, is "did you cheat?" 
I can't lie to her. 
So the only thing I can do is hurry up and lose the rest of the weight and meet my goal. Then I can be free to gain it back at will.
