I agree with NoShow, it's hard to know without knowing what you've been doing. Sometimes the old tried-and-true (pushups, BP, flyes, etc) are really the most effective. I've recently gone back to focusing on lunges (I'm a girl, BTW)...there's really nothing better to work the entire lower body. How or why I ever got away from them, I don't know. Sometimes we make it too complicated or convoluted. When you need a change, maybe you just need to mix up days, body parts, change to or from a total body routine, set a new goal, or just get new music. It may not be the workout. But there are endless workouts posted on T-nation.com. I've pulled stuff from there when I thought I needed a change or a new challenge in a certain area.
