I've mentioned in the past that DH is self-employed. Well business has been really slow and we are really struggling now. Everything seems to be coming to a head. We need financial help.

Thank you, Jim and Connie.

Your prayers mean a lot. I'm feeling a little more weary today because DH worked all night at the office. He didn't even come home. I know he is desperately trying to keep things together and I just need God to see favor in him. He is trying so hard. We are both on our knees over this. We just need a break.

Lord, these are hard times in our country. Many are asking you for help, I know. I lift up JJB1222 to you, though. PLease help her husband's business to pick up so that their financial needs may be met. You are great and merciful, Lord. We ask that you help her and her husband in this way through prayer and faith in Jesus Christ, our Lord.

Thank you for your prayers. At least I can report that while money is tight, God is providing me with creative ways to keep the necessities taken care of. I'm able to handle today's biggest challenges, I think. It's one day at a time (Sweet Jesus).

You know every circumstance in this situation Lord.
I pray you will help them to keep their business going and bless the work that they are doing.
Watch over them Lord,direct and guide them as they look to you in Faith and hope for each day.

Lord I thank you that you are never late and that your timing is perfect. I understand how hard it is to pray "give us this day our daily bread" but that is what I pray on their behalf.

On top of that I pray that you would answer our hearts desire to bless their business and have it prosper so that they will not only have their needs met but also be able to use it to be a blessing to others who may have need.

Give them grace and mercy and we give you all the honor and glory for it in the awesome name of Jesus......amen

A little update. We were able to pull some money out of our (small) construction company to cover our employee's paycheck. Sadly, we might have to lay her off. She's a wonderful person and is really dedicated to working hard for us, but we just can't continue worrying about how we will pay her. I hate doing that, because jobs are so scarce right now and she's getting married next month and trying to buy a house. *sigh*

We also have a commercial building for sale and might have a buyer! If it goes through, it will be a huge blessing.

Also, our house is for sale. We're not even living in it because DH has to work out of town so much. It is such a burden paying that mortgage and not living there. So...we really need a buyer.

Those are just a few of challenges we are facing.

Thanks again for your prayers. This possible buyer for the building just came along yesterday, so I believe it was because you were all praying!

Please strengthen JJB1222 in remembering Your many Biblical 'just the right times'
and encourage her to hold on to You because 'at just the right time'
