Trish, do they have you on anything else in conjunction with your anti depresant? I had a friend that was having that same problem, it turned out her doctor had her on an anti-depresant, & a tranquilizer, together, she kept trying to talk to her dr. about it but he wouldn't listen, finally she slowly weaned herself off the tranquilizer, & that did the trick. She started sleeping normally again. I hope you have a doctor that listens to you.

It's hard to believe that it's almost September. So who is starting next month's chat thread & what will it be called?!!?

Nicole (US)....woohoo on the restaurant! Sounds like things are going well. It would be hard to do books on Sunday...even if that is needed. I think you are doing well by making sure to have at least ONE day of rest. A body needs that! I take it you are closed on Sundays then? Most of the local restaurants I grew up with were open on Sundays (from like 11:30-2 or something like that....most went to eat the buffet).

I'm impressed when businesses close on Sundays. Ie: Hobby Lobby is closed on Sundays to allow their employees to enjoy worship and time with their family. Their door says something to that effect which I think is just awesome!

Anyway, not sure I have much to add right now. We're going to a bbq picnic this evening. Should be fun, but I'm a little nervous. It's our new church family (today was our 5th Sunday) & I don't really know a whole lot of people yet. I think this will be a good opportunity though.
