That's not a bad idea! I went through a period of insomnia a couple of months ago and believe me, it is not fun!! I had no problem falling asleep, but would wake up at like 2am and not be able to fall asleep. This went on for weeks. What the doctor gave me was great but y'know, it was a good, long cry that actually released bundled-up emotions that let me sleep again. Our bodies are amazing!

This has been going on for months. I don't know if a cry would help. I do tend to let my emotions show. Not sure. I'll talk to him.
