I can have meats, nuts, seeds, eggs, beans, veggies (low or no starch), and some fruit at this point. No dairy (yet) except unsweetened yogurt. Basically, I need to reduce as much as possible processed sugar, yeast, dairy, wheat, caffeine, nicotine and alcohol, as they are the main culprits because they help candida yeast to grow.
