I'm not sure, either chicken or mince.

Ok, I need to wear my new glasses! I first read that chicken or mice! lol

<sigh> I'm still trying to come up with something. That's why this thread gets to be such a blessing.

ETA - which made me think to put y'all in 10,000 Blessings.

AHA, scrolling through I decided on spaghetti and meatballs! Thank you!

DH is out of town until Thursday, so I see either spaghetti or take-out in my dinner plans this week.

We ended up with the chicken - chicken vindaloo.

We'll have the 'mice' tonight.

Loose meat sandwiches, quinoa and bean salad, and mixed veggies. Plus lots of fruit choices.

Some people call them Maid-rites. It's just hamburger and whatever you want to put in it. My hubby likes ketchup and BBQ sauce. I made a separate pan for me with garlic, peppers, onions and tomatoes, more like a sloppy Joe.

Turns out I didn't have to decide on supper after all. Friend Hubby wanted to go to Pizza Ranch for Senior Night.

Kylie - so how did you fix them?

We had hamburgers and leftover mac and cheese.

Tomorrow someone is bringing dinner, since we have a day of appointments.

Yummy yummy eggs. I would love to have breakfast for dinner, but no time. We are going to have brats on the grill, corn on the cob and probably mac and cheese for the girls. I bought the brats a while ago, precooked them and then threw them in the freezer for an easy meal. But the sky is getting grey so we will see what happens.

We had meatballs in a yummy sauce, rice, green bean casserole, and cucumber salad. They brought so much and no one was hungry after our afternoon of torture , so we'll have that tomorrow too.
