Ooo, apricot chicken sounds good. But I don't want to use the oven.

Probably grilled chicken.

Tricia, you can cook it on the stove too.

I had vegetable soup, scone (biscuit to you in the US) and an apple and cinnamon muffin for dessert.

Last night we went to Ruby Tuesdays-I had chicken piccata, mashed potatoes, and steamed broccoli. It was okay, but nothing special.

Tonight I am making chili--summer is not really chili time, but it is too hot to use the oven, so I am sticking to one-pot top-of-the-stove dishes most days.

Last night was grilled chicken, stuffing, and scalloped cauliflower.

Tonight I'm lobbying heavily for a meal out.

No problem!

Can you believe that's the first time I've ever actually made them?! We all loved them, so I'll definitely be making them again. One of my friends actually gets her dh to bbq about 10 or 11 chicken breasts at the end of summer to freeze for quick quesadilla suppers. Maybe we'll do that this year too.

Well, I made chili, but we used the extra cooked ground meat to make nachos, so the chili will be for lunch tomorrow.

I made Lipton Soup Works (one envelope of minestrone, one of vegetable) and added about 5 ounces of cut up Italian sausage. It was pretty good, for a mix.
