Love those instructions with pictures! Especially because I'm totally ultra cooking impaired! Thanks!

Oo, forgot to answer the initial question. I like my eggs over easy between two toasts with a hot dog cut in 4 pieces. Yum yum!

Incredible! I just made one for my supper, and it's wonderful!

I called them eggs in a blanket and used to make them all the time for my first husband and kids.

I had french toast at Cracker Barrel this weekend. It was wonderful! Who would ever think that bread soaked in egg could be so good?

How do I like my eggs? Cooked! (Other than that, I'm not overly particular about what 'kind' ... varies by day)

Does anyone prefer brown eggs over white ones?

I do.

That's what I've been getting lately. Organic, homegrown, cagefree. The yolks are much deeper colored than store-bought white eggs. I don't know if that's good or bad but there it is.

I have been buying eggs from a neighbor with chickens. AND he gave me a duck egg to try. I plan to use it in a cake this week. I have heard duck eggs make cakes extra good.

Brown eggs are richers and tasier, IMO.

Ah! That sounds interesting, and delicious. Wonder how it would be with a little dijon mustard added to the yolk mixture? I'm a huge flavor person.

I like mine in a ham, cheese, and pepper omelet, served in bed with juice, coffee, and my honey beside me.
