I use THIS eyeliner. It's easy to apply and washes off easily, but I don't use it everyday because liner tends to make my eyes appear a bit smaller. I apply a very thin line to the top lid at the base of the lashes and about 1/2 of the bottom lid. It's great for evening, though, as it's a bit more dramatic.
