Well, my garden was pretty sad when we moved in so I pulled it all out and now I have some spots of grass. Hopefully next week, the rest will start to grow in because if it doesn't, I am going to have to get sod. I figured that this year, I would put grass all around the house and then next year, when I have more time and can better plan, start a garden someplace else in my yard.

Ornamental grass doesn't bloom but it is lovely this time of year when it starts to turn golden.

I would love to expand my garden, but first I would have to convince my husband, and find some extra money.
