Praying Lord for all the Pastors to teach,preach and share your word with confidence.
Knowing that your word is alive and filled with your love,truth and hope.
Give them the words Lord to reach the hearts and minds of those who seek and need you.

Lord I lift up your Pastors all over the world.
That they will speak with authority,truth and assurance.
Protect and keep them safe Lord as they share of your love and truth.
Bless their families and keep them in your loving hand.
Refresh them Lord this day with inspiration and faith to reach the people with your living word.
Strengthen them in faith and hope through the power of your Holy Spirit

I pray they will be filled with your Holy Spirit.
I pray Lord you will give them hearts filled with love,compassion and truth.
Guide them and direct their steps Lord.

Father,
Please help each congregation that has financial problems. Guide each Pastor of such congregations to do what is best. Guide each Pastor to interact wisely with the Treasurer so that stress will be at a minimun. We pray for Pastors in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Lord Jesus I thank you for this prayer thread and ask you to intervene in the churches in my area, especially the ones we've been a part of that have hurt me and others so deeply; I ask you work all that has happened for good, in my life and in the lives of those involved. Lord no one is perfect including pastors and church leaders but I pray you'll help them in seeking a spirit of unity and nonjudgemental attitudes, and above all love for everyone. Help them to understand especially special needs children and not to judge or stereotype them or their parents. Help me to forgive where I've been wronged and all reading this also who have been wronged by church leaders, and bring conviction to the leaders in all these churches. Help them to see how very hurtful their words and actions can be; help them to repent where they need to do repent. Help them to have your words and thoughts towards those in the church community--and also I pray this for the congregants including myself. And Lord help the churches in our area to remember your word and not to look on others who you've not blessed with an abundance of this world's goods as less than any one else. In Jesus name amen.

God, please bless all of those who attempt to preach your word and lead others to see your glory and mercy. Help them to gather your people in appropriate ways, and assist them as much as possible.
Even my friend who I know as Preacher (Paul) despite my concerns and personal issues with him. You raised him up to be a preacher of your word, God. Let him do so effectively for everyone he encounters and loves.
I pray this to you in the name of Jesus Christ, our Savior.
