God, you have your plans for Bob and Nan. Thank you for showing them the love and the support of all their friends by having them stop by to see them in this time of need. I lift up the hearts of Bob and Nan to you now, Lord. Strengthen them in this dire situation. Give them the courage to face whatever lies in store for them with grace, dignity, and a strong belief that everything you do is perfect and that you ALWAYS have their best interests at heart. God, we pray that Bob might be fully healed from his agony and suffering. Please take this dreaded disease from him and allow him to go back to being with his family and friends in the outside world. Bless both him and Nan, and may their faith in you when things appear darkest to them be an inspiration to others in similar circumstances. We humbly ask this in the name of Christ our Savior.

Nan, my heart just goes out to You and Bob.
Dear Father, please hold Bob and Nan so very close to You right now. Father, we know that Your will is always best and that now we see darkly but will someday understand. Thank You for loving Bob and Nan and all of us so very much. I know they love You Lord. Bless them and help them in every way that You know is best. In Jesus name. Amen

Thank you all for the beautiful prayers.
I run to look for them several x a day, especially when I am (usually) alone, quietly waiting.
We have dear people around, but they seriously take up 1/2 at a time, occasionally. We love them and appreciate them, but many hours are spent looking for my friends on the computer, who I 'talk' to on this thread over and over and over.

Lord, I just pray for rest and peace tonight as friends and family have visited. I pray that
Nan and Bob have the energy and strength they need to get through this and be able to
sleep well tonight. I pray for Bobs stomach, Lord please let him be able to eat and keep it
down. I pray Lord, that you touch Bob and just heal his entire body...

Dear Nan,
Prayed for Bob at church today. It was a quiet moment for prayer for the sick,,and Bob was so on my heart. I imagined him, just pulling away from his body--- for a moment--- and not feeling pain. I wanted him to just feel the feeling you feel when you are in a pool of water and kind of suspended in a peaceful space of water... I hope he was able to while he slept. I wanted him to feel no pain just a gentle feeling of Love of God...and feel refreshed.

Lord I lift up Bob to you this day praying for your touch upon his life.
Lord I thank you for all you are and have done in his life.
I pray you will heal Bob of this disease and stop it from tormenting him any longer,in Jesus name
I pray Lord for restoration of all the damage that has been done.
Thank You Lord that we can come to you in expectancy and faith.
Lord be with Bob and comfort and keep him in your loving hand.
Lord I pray that you will take the pain from his body today and give him rest.
Lord I lift up Bob and Nan to you asking for your love to embrace and assure them you are near.

Heavenly Father
Thank You that You provide opportunities on forums
such as this one to pray for our brothers and sisters in Christ.
Your Word tells us to look out for the interests of others
and Father we are interested in how Bob and Nan are doing.
Father, I praise You for Bob and Nan's witness during this
difficult time in their lives and I praise You for how You have moved
in so many people's hearts to pray for this couple;
Father we are all looking to You for times of refreshing, strengthening
and encouragement for both Bob and Nan.
Thank You for Your great love towards each and every one of us
and thank You that we have such an amazing and extended family in one another.

Lord, I am praying for Your Total and Complete Will for Bob and Nan.
I know You are in control of all that is going on in this health crisis.
I ask that you give Bob healing and also relief from any depression he is experiencing. I also ask for Nan for help from friends and family. It is so very hard to be a caretaker, and it can be so draining. I ask you help her sleep double in terms of refreshment tonight,

Lord I lift up Bob and Nan to you today.
Asking Lord that you would be with them
grant them peace and comfort in the midst your their trials
Lord I thank you for all the help and provision you have given them
I praise you for your mercy and grace in their lives.
Lord I pray for Bob to be healed of cancer ,tumors,lesions and whatever may be destructive to his body.
Lord I pray for the restoration of his health.
I ask you Lord to be with him through this day and hold him in your hand.
