more Christian rap!! like FLAME! lol.. he's my favorite artist (myspace.com/flame314). i would love to see ccmmagazine.com give us exclusive footage of christian rap concerts, like interviews behind the scenes. or maybe exclusive performances like pepsi smash. ccmmagazine loves to highlights the same top artists that are heard on all the time on radio and other magazines, which is cool, but there are other artists that are doing well too!! i love ccm magazine.com by the way :)

I would like to see more hardcore stuff. Along the lines of UnderOath, TDWP, Haste The Day,
Before Their Eyes... These are all well known christian/metal/scream-o bands.

I agree with a lot of the other posters about bringing different genres of Christian music into the magazine.
It would be nice also, to interview more artists that are mainstreamed and don't label themselves as Christian bands but are Christians and see how they use their ministry to reach the lost.

I'd like to see regular articles and updates on the "Jesus Movement" hippies of the late 60's and early 70's, who basically started playing the music that eventually flourished into todays CCM.
What they are doing these days, recordings, etc.
CCM wouldnt exist if not for them! They layed the foundation that others built upon. (or destroyed, depending on your perspective)

It would be cool to have something about late bands like "Where are they now?". You know bands/artists like Audio Adrenaline, who's ministery is still going on, even after the music has ended.

Id like to see better, longer, more in depth and informative reviews that clearly analyze and breakdown new albums. By doing this consumers such as myself would have a more realistic expectation of a newly released album, and using that information be able to make better consumer choices. Some of the reviewers sound like they dont even know what they are talking about. Just listing the style of the album and a few standout tracks IS NOT A REVIEW!!! Please, more detailed reviews would be much appreciated

How about some introductions to serious works like the St. Matthew Passion of J.S. Bach? You would be surprised about how much more contemporary it is than so-called CCM.
Or an article about reconciling liturgical church music (Roman Catholic, Lutheran, Episcopal) and "contemporary christian music"?
