I thank God for a safe and awesome trip me and my friends had to Soulfest,and for how good to me all my friends are.I hope to be as much of a blessing to them as they are to me.

Thank You for the coolness of the morning air. For the enthusiasm and joy in my grandsons faces each morning. For the people who work so hard to keep this a safe place for us to come together. Most of all for Jesus, Lord. Thank You, thank You, thank You.

I would like to thank God for the ability to open my eyes and see a new day, for salvation, for my wife , for my three daughters, for his love, for beeing able to see all the thinge he has made,and for my job.

Even when times are just plain difficult, when important things in life seem to be dissolving into something they absolutely should not be, the presence of G-d envelopes the heart and the circumstance. And one has confidence that even if the outcome is not the best, because of human choice, He will be there. He never changes. His comfort, His assurance, is ever-present. He will guide us through the worst of times thrust upon us by sin in the world.

I am thankful that my niece, who had a great many struggles growing up (and spent a lot of time in her teens in homes for troubled girls) seems to be straigtening up. She still needs a lot of prayer, but when I saw her last week, she was respectful to her mother (my sister) and their relationship seemed to have been completely healed.
