I woke up to find Aunt Flo had shown up and climbed into the bed with me.
She is so rude!

My problem is I kind of know when to expect Aunt Flo, but gee she doesn't seem to leave gracefully. She leaves behind her memory for several days (residual). It's quite aggravating.

I'm still wondering about this gas, diarrhea, etc. When I was younger, it was each symptom had it's own day - one day diarrhea, one day cramps, one day headache, etc. etc. Now, it's like all of them every day for 8-9 days. But, this gas & diarrhea is for the birds. Although, I did start a new regimin of diuretics & statins a couple of weeks ago, so I'm probably going to be thrown off w/ everything for a while till my body gets used to them. k

Are many of ya'll finding symptoms like gas, diarrhea. & upset stomach common for several days during your TOM? k

YES! I've had upset stomach and almost morning sickness for a few months now up to two weeks before my TOM.

Ladies.. I'm getting freaked right out.. menopausal symptoms are getting worse and more frequent for me.. I'm only 30!!! here's my list of symptoms up to now.

spotting *never had this problem.. ever
morning sickness and bad nausea
night sweats
hot flashes *so bad they've made me want to pass out, or throw up.. I soak through clothes, bedsheets.. once I even soaked our couch
libido is non existent
when the "mood" does hit, I'm finding it painful afterwards
mood swings
forgetfulness
some months, I've overeaten or I get cravings, other months I can't eat a thing...
horrible horrible horrible menstrual cramps *it's like I'm 14 again* and OTC pain killers don't do much to ease the pain. Plus I find they're lasting longer.. instead of one day *like when I was younger* they last up to four days..
constipation
My cycle is still very regular, but the flow is erratic..some cycles are very heavy and last what seems like forever.. others are very light and last two-three days

I'm trying very hard to get in to see a Gyno but the wait is awful. This is becoming a nightmare for me.. 30 is way to young to be going through this and it's killing me. And take my word for it gals.. I"m hearing it from the other side of the ol' marriage.
