Thanks Mike. Now that's something I'm good at.

(Tooshy might disagree though.)

LOL Ray, I almost always seem to be tired on the weekends. I seem to have irregular sleeping patterns of some sort. Oh well.

Is that because you tend to sleep in on the weekends?

Stay up late or go to bed early, wake up in the middle of the night, watch tv, go back to bed, get up whenever, read more forums, go back to bed, etc.

Thanks Trish.

I've found that keeping a regular sleep schedule has helped. If I sleep in on the weekends, that means getting up at 5:30 instead of 4:30. Still go to bed about the same time.

When I was a kid, I'd sleep in during the summer. It wasn't long before my nights and days were mixed up.

You could at least try it and see if it helps any. All I can say is that it helps me.

Or there must be places to volunteer. Is there a soup kitchen in your area? Habitat for Humanity?

Mostly just to annoy DD#1 because she can't stand clowns.

I was thinking today that I should really give myself a time to stick to to go to bed. I still have relaxation time before I go to sleep, but I've been going to bed at all sorts of times. I need to pick a time and stick to it.

There are places to volunteer, however I feel as though God has asked me to wait though.
