Yep, Maggie knows about those things. I still can't believe that we met. I'm hoping it won't be the last time we meet either, Marsha.

I haven't seen most of those, but the ones I have, I like most of them. I love Sister Act. I cried when I first saw Sister Act II. I was just going through an emotional time at that time. Driving Miss Daisy and Sleepless In Seattle are favourites too. I haven't seen Spitfire Grill and I Am Sam in ages!

I Am Sam is probably Sean Penn's best performance ever. I can't believe he didn't get an Oscar for that role. I love both Sister Act movies, but the second one was definitely better. You have good taste in movies, Marsha. Do you like John Wayne by any chance?

When my niece was about 10, we played Barbies. A lot! Part of me was grateful that her little sister didn't like dolls!

I was never a barbie girl. I did have a doll though. I was a good reader. Used to be a real bookworm. As a kid, my favourite book was a dictionary. I could get lost in there for hours. Unless my dad wanted it for his crosswords. Then war began. Pity I can't remember what I read back then.

I played with trucks. I had A ... Singular ... One Barbie, and I don't even think it was mine. I think it was my sister's.

We couldn't afford Barbie, so I had Mitzi. But I loved to read and would find or create hiding spots to do so.

I had a couple of big GI Joe's. One with the kung fu grip and another that talked until his scuba suit sprung a leak. These were the 12" tall ones, not the 3" ones they sell now. I used to read the encyclopedia.

As far as toys went, I had a doll, a hand-me-down teddy bear from my brothers and a penguin. I can still remember Kirsty, (my doll). Apparently Pengie and I were inseperable. I don't remember that though.

I also had my buddy Ben as a pal to hang around with. Wasn't MY fault nobody else could hear his words of wisdom that he told me. If they had I might not have got in so much trouble doing what he said...
