The chorus chords are D (no 3) add9, C, Bb and then D (no 3) add9, F, C/E played like this: x-x-x--x-x-x--x---x---x 7-7-7--7-7-7--7---5---x 7-7-7--7-7-7--7---5---10 7-7-7--7-7-7--7---5---8 5-5-5--5-5-5--5---3---8 0-0-0--0-0-0--0---x---8 x-x-x--x-x-x--x---x---x 7-7-7--7-7-7--7---x---x 7-7-7--7-7-7--7---5---5 7-7-7--7-7-7--7---3---2 5-5-5--5-5-5--5---3---3 0-0-0--0-0-0--0---3---2 That'll get you to the bridge.
