I never had that kind of troble with IE6.

Ok I know that I have IE but how do I find out what number I have? 6? 8?
It seems that should be obvious but it sure isn't to me.

And you thought you had trobles....

Don't feel bad April. I don't know either but even more then that I don't really care. Whatever I have works, that's all that matters to me.

Rocky, that was interesting, but did you notice that guy didn't have any hair on his arms? At least none that I could see. Unnatural, if you ask me.

From the IE menu: select "Help" and then select "About Internet Explorer."

The purty popup will tell you which version and update, if any.

If you don't have tabs (or know tabs are), thn it is likely to be version 6 or earlier.

Ah, yes! Sweet memories of running a browser on the Internet...

TABS! What are tabs? Why do I need something called "tabs" now?

I am a great believer in thinking twice before breaking something that works in a possibly mistaken move to improve it somehow for someone...no doubt that is one small part of the reason why I will never be a democrat.

I read the help file to find out what they were when I came back on the Internet last year. I did get IE 7 and then quickly got rid of it after deciding I was happier dealing with Firefox. Then I grouched my way through setting it up so it would not be a constant annoyance.

I was just in IE 6 a few minutes ago. I have to say that I have precious little appreciation for tabs.

I might as well add that the latest Firefox update to a new version has been the worst, by far, that they have come up with.

I had to put "about: config" in the address line to go in and change a few things to how I want them. Hopefully the scenario of brought on by it has subsided for good.

YIPPEE!
I have: Version 8.0.6001.18828
Cipher Strength: 256-bit
Update Version: 0

I rarely have any problems with my computer.
If I have any problems, I contact my trusty Norton 360!

A few weeks ago, I did get a bug through my email.
They fixed it quickly THEN asked if they wanted me to clean up my computer!
I LOVE NORTON!

I finally upgraded from IE6 to IE8 a few weeks ago because Facebook kept nagging that it would soon no longer support IE6. On a typical day now, IE8 locks up and makes me crash out of it five to eight times. Sometimes it happens when I try to open a new tab, sometimes when a new window pops up, and sometime for no apparent reason. Yesterday, while trying to correct an error in a post of mine, it crashed no less than 3 times.

I never had that kind of troble with IE6.

Euty, try switching to either Google Chrome or Mozilla's Firefox instead!

When I clicked into the current events folder, which I do every so often (once in a blue moon), I thought the first string said "Sierra Club may want to find God."
I should maybe consider enlarging the type.

Now it would be very interesting if they do!

A very wise decision for sure!

When it comes to hair on some guy's arm/s, you are an expert, Rach.

Also, stay tuned for my next theatre presentation of the classic, Rachello.

You know, what kind of shoes a man is wearing, if they are clean or dirty.

The style of shoe laces.

If there is spinach in your teeth.

What color someone's eyes are.

If your shirt is dirty, etc.

If you worn the same shirt more than one day in a row, etc.

Kind of sounds like what a mother would do....

Are you wearing shoes?

What happened to your shoes laces? Find them so I can put them back in your shoes!

Have you been eating bugs again? (No, I have never actually had to ask that? )

I love to look at the color of my children's eyes....

You can't wear that to school/church!

You have clean clothes, wear them!

Just so you know the whole bit about the hairy arms/verses not so hairy arms being unnatural was just me being trolly. This is the troll thread, you know. Well, that and any exuse not to watch that video Rocky posted.

The thread here seems a bit messed up. Too wide, or something.
Hope that wasn't my fault, but if it was......ooopsie....

Nothing to worry about Rachello. It's some style code or something causing it that the forum administrator can clean up.

Rachello is a guys name, and I haven't checked your profile or anything, but just from your mannerisms alone, you sound like a female person to me.

Therefore, I came up with the name Rachaella, which I found out is an actual name, and it sure sounds kind of exotic. You don't like it?

I'll let everyone in on a little secret.
I'll bet you're not the only one who lost interest in that video after the first 15 seconds or so.

I knew it was my fault! When I previewed that post none of the periods showed up so I didn't bother to delete them... Thanks for fixing that Kath.

HisJoy~What a trolly thing to do! Submitting an empty post! That's even better then posting made you look.

Oops gotta go, I wasn't exactly done, but I guess I am now.

I'm so glad that you said it.
I WAS gonna complain but as you can see I didn't.

That Kath is good, isn't she?
Didja know that she lives close where my #3 Sister lives?
I just GOTTA meet her in real life, one of these years!

JOY!!! Is this a new game?

If I had to guess, I'd say that her middle name must be "Grace"!
