but pet food is not people food or even truly groceries so can it be deemed a sin to purchase it?

Well then, buying pet food in a blue shirt should go in the "wearing a blue shirt is a sin" thread- not the grocery buyers sin thread since we have established that Pet food is not a grocery.

That was BEFORE gas passed $3.50 a gallon and food prices went through the roof. Bowzer's Cuisine now looks a bit more appealing than when this thread started.

Bowser must be getting some nice food then cause it'd take a WHOLE LOT MORE than 3.50 a gallon to make my pet's food look good... and I drive a 15 passenger van that gets 13mpg.

Of course pet foot isn't a grocery. I buy it at the pet store not the grocery store.

I'm guessing you two don't try to get away with asking for a senior discount at Fred's Discount Store when you need to buy the gallon bucket of Metamusil.

Fred's makes Walmart look like upper class but where else can you buy mini-blinds for five bucks? Now I need some monitor cleaner because of snickering at the above post....

metamusil? What is that?

Listen- as hard as it is to fully grasp, knowing I have 6 kids, 4 cats, a dog, a silver streak the like of X-Men's Rouge, and a 20yo marriage... I am only 38.

hehehehehehehehehe

Only if you can prove you're a dude.

If a "guy" can have a baby, you should be able to get brownies. I would call the ACLU-brownie equality division.

dude is just trying to hoard all the brownies for the dudes... the brownies are THERE, whoever gets here first gets them.

You should know that Dude is in the same state as me... however that does not mean he is CLOSEST or have the fastest means of transport though. Raleigh is about an hour west of me. Who can get here first?

Sorry folks.

My familiarity with the area allowed me to get there first and scarf down all the delicious brownies.

and here I thought it was Jimbo and his transporter technology that got here first.

OR it may have just been the 6 kids and the 4 cats and the dog that scarfed um down and Kerr is taking credit for the slobbery plate left on the countertop.
