We've had a few visitors here today. One of the neighbours came over in a hurry this morning. She wasn't happy that her husband hadn't told her that he'd seen the ambulance here last night. As soon as she heard, she came right over.

A friend from church came over to see how John is.

The head of pastoral care called this afternoon as he'd just heard that John was either in hospital or on his way there. I don't know how he heard that, but thankfully that wasn't true.

Going to be a busy day for us tomorrow. John has his doctors appointment, but we have errands to run too, so that's going to take most of the day to do.

Today was good. John got his referral for the specialist. He has to go to Centrelink tomorrow, (our version of Social Security). He's 5 months off retiring and they are still wanting him to find himself a job! He has medical certificates that say that he can't work right now, (he has tendonitis, bursitis, a torn tendon, infected tendonitis and bursar, and due to the infection, bone spurs, all on the same shoulder). I think they are just being extremely picky! It's not like he's been lazy his whole life. He hasn't! They should try and catch some other fraud and deal with them and leave John alone.

Had some errands to run. I did too much and now I'm paying the price for it all.

.... I just read your blog....

It's a challenge... but we must live in the here and now....

So.... today is just one day that we have to deal with..... know what I mean? If we try to think about what may happen in the future... we may bog ourselves down with depressing thoughts...

We don't know what wonderful things God has in store for us in the future.... and often, we do not think of God's potential blessings as we try to work out the future for ourselves...

I know, I can't live any other way....

All I can do is live today.... tomorrow.... if I wake up... will be another chance to try again to live my best for the LORD....

Welcome to Thursday everybody.

I've had a pretty quiet day. I went to the gym, but didn't stay very long. I ended it up in too much pain. The staff at the gym appreciated the lemon butter that I took them though.

Yeah well, it's got lemons in it, so hopefully it won't be too sour an experience! LOL!

Have I told you guys lately that I love you? Well, if I haven't then,

I LOVE YOU!

I read in your blog that you don't think you'll marry because of your conditions. I felt that way too, but look what God did for me! John actually prayed for a woman more disabled than himself! Taking care of me makes him feel more masculine.

I don't know whether or not God has marriage in store for you, Trish, but don't rule out the possibility!

(((((((((((((((((((((((((((Trish))))))))))))))))))))))) I agree with what Rachel said. And we never know just how God is going to bless us. We can't even fathom the greatness of His plans for us. I know it's a pat answer and I know how hard it is to do, but we mustn't dwell on these things. Turn these thoughts over to Him and trust Him to bring about His plans for your life.

This weekend we have an Angel's baseball game tomorrow night. Other than that just the usual cleaning, yard work and grocery shopping.

LOVEYA SWEETIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I'm up to it, we're going to head down to the marina on Saturday, just to get out of the house for a while. It's supposed to be a nice day, so hopefully that will happen. Other than that, I've no idea.

I hope so.

Well, I guess I'd better go to bed so that I'm awake enough to enjoy a good Saturday. Need to do a few things whilst I'm out, so I'll need my energy. Talk to you later.
