Ugh, one of my premolars is hurting when I bite down in to stuff. I wonder what could be wrong? This is one of the few molar teeth that DOESN'T have a filling in it.

I can hardly believe how slow my work is. They are blaming it on the Olympics. They have been sending people home up to five hours early. I have not gone home early since I have plans for all our income right now, but I did take an extended lunch a few days ago.

Busy day today.

After I tried to go to bed last night the dogs started complaining. Of course. I let Princess out and she didn't actually want to do her business - she just stood there look at me sort of wagging her tail. So I left her out there and went back to bed. Then Ami started making noise because Princess was out and she wasn't. So I let Ami out, and then Princess started barking, so I had to bring them both back in. My coworker said, "You need a dog door." Uhm, yah, I wish. We almost put one in when we first got the dogs, but Matt's parents talked him out of it saying it would make the house less secure and it would raise our heating costs.

The phone rang at 8:30 AM and I thought, "Who is calling me??!!" It was the people at the real estate division returning my call about getting some finger print cards. Good thing I answered the phone.

Got up at 11 and then went to the appraisal place at 12. The appraisal place received seven orders today... all for foreclosure homes. That is a lot of orders for one day. My speed of doing things there has gotten much slower since I have been out of practice for most of the past year. I hope to get back to my old speed soon.

Went to the call center at 3:30. I am sooooo glad I only have about seven more days of working there full-time. Things just keep getting dumber.

I am really hoping I can get my intern license application out on Tuesday. Hopefully my finger print cards will come in the mail and I can get those done, and also hopefully the appraisal boss has time to go visit a notary with me. I doubt I will get my license back by my original projected start date of September 1, but hopefully it won't take too long. I am guessing the longest part is probably getting a background check.

I am amazed at how big my kittens are now. The last couple days they just look soooo much bigger to me. I weighed them tonight and the smallest is 1 pound 14 ounces and the biggest is 2 pounds even. I should call and get them on the list to go back for spay/neuter.

How much longer after you get them spayed/neutred do they go back?

When I take them back for spay/neuter that is the end of me having them. After they have recovered from the surgery they go out on the adoption floor.

My finger print cards did not come today. :( And the bad thing is that even if they come tomorrow, the fingerprint place is not open on Wednesdays. I could go get digital finger prints done, but that costs $65 instead of $10.

Too bad I spent all "morning" at home waiting for the mail. I could have at least gone in and worked at the appraisal place.

Yah, it is. I thought the mail would only take one day, but perhaps it did not make it out yesterday.

Tonight I ordered a pizza and split it with two coworkers. We ordered from Roundtable and it was $21 for a medium pizza. Geesh. If there was a Little Ceasars in lunch-break driving distance we could get a large pizza and breadsticks for $7.50.

Good grief! Was it really that good to cost 21 bucks?

I don't like Round Table. I think they're overpriced and not very good.

Sorry your fingerprinting stuff isn't arriving. That's aggravating.

The pizza was good, but not $21 good. Even for my share of $7 I could have bought something better somewhere else.

No Round Table Pizza in Texas?

They ain't got no In-N-Out's here either... Their site says the closest one is in Tucson, only 937 miles away.

The place I most wish was where I live in Panera Bread. The closest one is in the Sacramento region.

I can tell these kittens are getting big because they are suddenly just as messy as the other kittens I have had. I swept the crate up less than an hour ago and already it is trashed again. *sigh* I wish these kitties didn't have to leave

There is some sort of bump on my lower eye lid like over where my tear duct is. I asked Matt to ask his dad if I could go see him tomorrow, so he said I could come in at 1:15. I bet now that I have an appointment it will go away. If eye doctor visits weren't free I would probably just be like, "Eh, whatever, it will probably go away."

Appraisal place is still busy. I wish I would have had more time to spend there today (Thursday). Tomorrow the boss plans to be out in the field all day and not go to the office, so she said I don't need to go in either. Lets home my fingerprint cards come tomorrow. If not maybe I will just drive down there and get them myself. The gas to go to Carson City and back is still cheaper than the digital finger prints.

My neck hurts. I am going to the chiro tomorrow too.

Well, I guess that is all.

Only five more days of full time at the call center!

So, it turns out I am not crazy. Matt's dad said my eye is working on a stye. He told me to do a warm compress on it twice a day and he gave me some prescription eye drops to use four times a day. Oh joy. He also told me to throw away the contacts I last wore and the case. I just changed contacts yesterday thinking maybe there was something about the old contact that was making my eye hurt.

Went to the chiropractor. The one that I like was off today, but the one that I don't like seemed to do an OK job. I just don't like how abrupt and rough she is.

Still no finger print cards. I have thought about driving out to Carson City, but no one at the real estate office usually answers the phone... usually you just have to leave a message and they will call you back the next morning. With my luck I will dirve down there and they will be closed. I have tried to call Matt to ask for his advice and he won't answer his phone.

Catherine I may have missed it but when do you need them done by?

Stye's are gross. I cannot even click on that link. My mom had one when she was here and I couldn't look at it. I almost started gagging when she asked me if I would look at it for her. Um no. sorry. Got any vomit I can clean up instead?

LOL! That bad, eh Brandy?

Catherine, I'm glad you got your eye checked out and some meds for it. Do you have to be careful about cross-contamination?
