im planning to buy the live in music city soundtrack of legacy five....because i'll be using "truth is marching on" for our choir....just want to know if its just instrumental or have a background vocals in it...

Well, for whatever it's worth, despite the fact that I have distinct preferences as to which of the three groups I like more, I thought that the three versions were roughly equal.

While I thought that (due in part to the limitations of a live recording) Legacy Five's wasn't the most "perfect" of the three musically, Roger Bennett's introduction (there you have the advantage of live!) put it up to being on par with the two studio versions.

i like gold citys version better ;)
but i have to use the tallty trios soundtrack for it because me and lauren talley have about the same range :)
