I hear the villain they plan on is the Riddle and Johnny Depp may play the role.

i coulnt really see him play the ridder he dont do good as humours people let take for explane charie and the chociare factory he made me fear willy wonka but other then that i love him as a person.

Johnny Depp in any Batman movie would make it better than what it would be without him.

It's hard for me to see Johnny Depp being the main bad guy. He's such a likeable guy and seemingly always nice and charming.
I would love to see Riddler or any other villain for a sequel to Dark Knight ... I think we can all only hope the villain is played with the same degree of passion and skill as Ledger's Joker.
I think Paul Giamatti (is that how you spell it?) could be a good Penguin.

Oddly enough, I think Heath Ledger could have made a good Riddler too. LOL. 
Wouldn't it be funny if he were still alive and played the Riddler in The Dark Knight sequel? He could probably pull it off and come across as completely different and unrecognizable from his Joker performance. I think he was that talented.
Here are my top votes for the new villain:
Paul Giamatti = Penguin
Woody Harrelson = Riddler
***He would have made a good Joker too imo.
Nicole Kidman = Batwoman

I have read on some of the movie message boards that Angelina Jolie is interested in the batman movies. I wonder who she would play?

Angelina is interested in Catwoman if the character ever comes up. Which I actually think she'd be perfect for though she would never beable to out do Michelle Pfeiffer in Batman Returns.
But they don't know whos gonna be in the next film at this point. All this stuff about Catwoman, Riddler, Johnny Depp is just stuff thrown around by fans for the most part. I know Angelina IS infact interested in Catwoman but I doubt she'd get the part if it comes up. She hasn't been approached, she just wants her name out there for it, and I hear Nolan doesn't like Catwoman anyway.
About Johnny Depp though... a little off topic but he IS going to be playing the Mad Hatter in the new Alice in Wonderland movie directed by Tim Burton.

My first reaction was to laugh, because it seemed so improbable....but then the more I thought and thought about this one....WOW.
I feel he could either be the worst Riddler ever and ruin the movie or be spectacular. It gives me chills to think about a completely sinister Tom Hanks. He would really be great if he could pull it off. I doubt, however, the movie execs would want to cast him as a villian though. He's too well known as a nice guy.  But the possibility here is intriguing. .....
(The only part where I would maybe question Hank's ability is to come off convincingly is if he had to get really angry and mean and have dialogue at the same time......like shouting down someone in an evil and angry way. I can see more of Hank's ability to play a sly villain with a smirk and subtle aura of deviousness about him....someone who is a low-key evil man.)
