Is it just me, or has the SN website been down all weekend? Anybody have any insite?

Yes it has & still is not up & running. Also they do not answer their telephone either.

Aren't they based in Boone, North Carolina? Wonder if they got hit by that terrible weather where 2 people were killed? Usually, when the web site is down on the weekend, it gets "fixed" first thing on Monday mornings. Not today!

I just talked to Salem Publishing. They are revaming the site, this one will go away, & a new one appear. I did ask them to come in here & give an explation on this thread.

Over the weekend, apparently our web servers experienced technical issues that were unable to be resolved until approximately 10:30 a.m. EST. Although we are still working on determining the cause of the technical "glitch", we have the Singing News site back up and running. The issue was not weather related, and the Singing News website is not going away.
We understand that the Southern Gospel fans are passionate about what they consider the greatest music in the world, and Singing News tries to be constantly aware of our presence not only in print, but on the world wide web.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our site being down over the weekend and we are diligently working towards a solution of the complex technical issues of hosting a site like SingingNews.com.
We noticed where someone had stated that they had called us concerning the website and that our phones weren't being answered. We have someone here from 7:30 a.m. EST til 6:30 p.m. EST, Monday - Friday to answer the phones.
Any communication concerning the Singing News Magazine or website other than circulation issues should be directed to the Boone Office at (800)255-2810.
