I would like to ask for prayer for my wife. As we have gone through the nightmare of the last 6 months, losing job, etc. it has been a journey. We have strong faith that God is leading us on to something else, and I have completely turned it over to him, thanking him in advance for the answers we know will come.

But at night, the human side tries to interfer, and Ruthie is really struggling sleeping. I would ask for your prayers for her. Just for a few nights of good sleep.

Dear Lord, please give Ruthie a deep and restful sleep tonight and bring her into a soothing sleep pattern. Thank you for rest and thank you for her husband's concern for her. Amen.

Lord I lift up Ruth up to you.
I pray Lord that the things going on in her life would not overwhelm.
I pray you would give her and her husband comfort and direction.
Help them Lord as they trust you to open new doors and help them make positive changes in their life.
Lord I pray you will give Ruth a calm spirit and that she make sleep peacefully.
I pray Lord as she lay down to rest, your word in her heart would give her assurance.
Lord you know the trials, doubts and discouragement this family has faced.
I pray Lord you would bless them today with renewed hope, faith and abundant peace.
Shine the light of your love upon them Lord and hold them near.
May your will be done in their lives,Lord
In Jesus name
Amen

Amen. This is my prayer, too.
