Prayer for missionaries around the world - 11/1/2008 10:25:42 AM

Lord, we lift the missionaries that are serving You up in prayer today. Lord, I pray today that You will be real to them, give them what they stand in need of, protect them from dangers, give them good health and strength. Be with the wives, so often they do without many of the things we call basic comforts, give them encouragement and let them feel the prayers surrounding them as hugs froms those far away. Be with the children, they had no choice in this life that was chosen and at times feel unimportant in what the parents do, show them their part in this, help them to realize how much they can be used of us and help them to see Your grace and glory in their lives.
I pray specifically for the Dinsmore family today, be with them in Guatamala. Keep them safe and bless their ministry. Help them to know Your touch today. I also pray for Sanfords in Japan, be with them today. God for the Mayes and the Flemings in China, God keep them safe, help them to know that You are there putting a hedge of protection around all they do. There are so many others and Lord, even if I knew them all by name there would not be time or space to list them but we are thankful that You know each one and know exactly where they are at this moment. Bless and keep them for Your honor and glory. In Jesus precious name we pray. Amen

Lord we pray today for the missionaries on the field. Be with them and bless them in a special way today. We pray for the Whitfields as they minister to Spanish speaking people here in our own country and for the Halls as they go to Peru. Give them what they stand in need of and help us to remember them in our prayers daily. Lord, help them to lean on You. In Jesus name. Amen

Father, we lift up every missionary to You today. Be with them and they're familys. Protect them Lord and meet every need. Use them to Your glory and purpose. Help the needy and the poor also Lord. May they hear of Your love and respond to it. May they see a little of You in the missionaries. Bless them each one Lord. In Jesus precious name. AMen

Lord today again we lift our missionaries up to you. We pray Your guidance and wisdom for them. Pray for their protection and that You would keep them from any harm or danger. We pray for the Murray family in the Philliphines, be with Chris, Amy and the children. Bless their ministry for Your honor and glory. I pray for the Whites in Bolivia, Lord this country is often a dangerous place to be and we pray your protection for Kevin, Beth and family. God bless them and keep them that they may continue to serve You. In Jesus name. Amen

We want today to thank You Lord for the missionaries you have on the field and those that help them reach others for You. We pray for the Peelers as they are in Africa helping the Walker, Todd and Harrison families - Lord please with with each of these families. We pray that you will especially give comfort to Mrs. Todd who is carrying on Your work since her husband passed away. We thank You Lord for their faithfulness to meet their needs. We pray for the Whetstones as they travel to work with and oversee many of the missionary famillies, keep them save and help them to feel Your grace and protection in all they do.
Be with the Mann family as they prepare to go back to Gahana, give them physical health and strength, help them to know Your guidance and direction. Give them labors in the field to continue to expand their service for you.
We ask these things in Jesus name. Amen

Dear Heavenly Father I lift up all the missionaries in the world that are doing your work.
I pray Lord that you would give them assurance and peace in knowing you are in their midst.
I pray Lord for your devine protection and provision in every area of need.
I pray Lord that you will give them daily encouragement and inspiration,through the power of your Holy Spirit.
I pray Lord you will help them to share your word in ways that will penetrate to the hearts and minds of those who hear.
Give them health and keep them in your loving hand.
I pray Lord you will bring forth workers to help them and ease their load.
Thank you Lord for all who are sharing your word where ever in the world they may be.
I pray Lord hearts and minds will be prepared and ripe to hear and receive your word.
Bless them Lord and protect them as you lead and guide them along their way.
May their work Honor and Glorify you in every way.

Lord, today the missionaries face trial, loneliness and fears and we pray that You will surround them with Your love and comfort whatever they may be facing. We pray for you will be with the Walterhouses and Burdettes and they prepare for the field meet their needs and give them support from family and friends and the church.
Lord today if there is a missionary facing discouragement send someone or something thing to give them the encouragement they need. Let them know the battle is Yours and You are there with them. Many on the field are sick at at times not able to get proper medical care, Lord be the Great Physican to them today and heal their bodies.
Take care of the children Lord and help them to grow in You. Lord, some children spend time separated from parents because of the danger where the parents serve, be with those children in a special way - be the Father to them that they need in their parent's absence.
We ask these things in Jesus name. Amen
