I wasn't sure how to phrase my subject. But please pray for Gerianne. She attended church EVERY week and has not been inside a church now for seven months., She was abused as a child and then married an abusive husband. As she began to go through menopause (and because of horrible pressure from her mom) she became someone totally different. Her husband says she was so full of love and life and infinitely happy but she is now a different personality, vindictive, mean and cold. She is being controlled and manipulated by those with evil agendas who have ruined her life. Her husband say that her son-in-law and ex-husband have paid to have an Obeah spell cast on her. OK, I have no idea what that is, and don't want to know. But her husband thinks that has something to do with the problems. I think the fact that her doctors have put her on a drug cocktail of both Prozac AND anti-depressants may be the problem. (I speak from personal experience - I went nuts on that combo fifteen years ago and I wouldn't touch those again for a billion dollars. While this is not about me, and I'm OK, I do think that the drug combo might be a big part of Gerianne's problems!) Anyway, since the doctors put her on those, they have radically changed her personality. For the past year she has been spiraling down mentally and morally and the harder her husband tries to save her and comfort her the harder (he says that) other people work to bring her down. He says that she would rather have died than tell a lie and now lies and immorality rule her life. She never steps foot in church now. I know that "going to church" doesn't save one's soul, but the fact that she has so radically changed is the issue. Her husband is just begging for prayer for her to return to the person she was, to return to the church, and especially to return to the love and compassion they used to have as a couple. I mean he is just begging.

Made a mistake in my post! ... I meant to say Prozac and anti-anxiety medication. Not anti-depressants.

Lord I pray for Gerianne tonight
Asking you Lord to intervene with your healing
You know Lord what she needs and only you can provide
I pray Lord you will help her to see what is happening in a realistic way
Help her to know what direction she needs to take in her life
Draw her near to you Lord and give her assurance of your love
Protect her Lord from any harmful affects these meds may be having on her
I pray Lord she will be restored in physical.emotional health and grow stronger spiritually
I pray Lord that with your help this marriage and relationship will be healed
That this family can once again grow together in faith and love
hold them near Lord and help them in ways beyond what I could ever ask
May your will be done
