How are you praying on this one? That conception not happen for those not wanting to have a child of their own? Or that adoption agencies and foster services receive a lot more money to care for these kids until they are adopted? They are miracles, for certain. They don't have choices of their own. They cannot decided whether to stay alive or not, even. They are going to need a LOT of love to survive, and then loving parents to adopt them. I want to think this situation will get better, yet expect to see the opposite.

Father I just ask that you will protect these little ones as you provide loving homes for them. I understand our new President elect has vowed to reverse the executive order by President Bush that banned using our tax dollars to fund abortions overseas ... something that has been in place since the Reagan years. He is also saying he will reverse the ban on abortion counseling ... which means clinics may now counsel these girls to get abortions ... potentially increasing the death toll for unborn children. Lord, You know all of this ... and I ask that You will begin to work on the President elect's heart. Father only You can convict him of this, I ask that You do so.

Dear Heavenly Father I pray for all the children that will be affected be these decisions.
I pray Lord that the life you give them will be protected,blessed and filled with love.
I pray for those who are deceived in thinking abortion is an answer.
Lord I pray their eyes would be opened and hearts softened.
I pray Lord you would draw them to you and reveal your love and truth to them.
May their hearts be changed through the power of your word and love.
Help us Lord,we have failed you as a country for ever allowing these things to happen.
Forgive us and help us to protect and provide for the children.

Help so that there will be change in the direction of sexual abstinence outside of marriage. Please protect unborn children and provide for them. Help them to be received with nurturing love. We pray for them in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Dear Father, this is my prayer too. Also Lord, let the USA stop being complacent regarding abortion. It is amazing what a country can get used to, over many years.
Lord, save your innocents.

For the record my post was geared more to changing the evil in a mans heart who has been given the platform to lead many, many, astray by his ungodly wisdom. For whatever reason the moderators felt the need to completely change the verbiage and text of my post. Though praying for an end to abortion is a great start.

Father God,
Thank You for loving us. Thank You for the knowledge of what sustains life, that families with pre-mature babies are able to leave a hospital's specialized care unit with a healthy size and weight baby. Thank You for adoption agencies, that help couples unable to have children of their own to adopt a baby with parents unable to provide for s/he. Thank You also for the efforts of school systems to teach abstinence as a certain means of preventing unwanted pregnancy. Thank you for all these efforts to sustain life and avoid taking it by abortion.
