OK looks like most people like the ask a question thread. So we'll go with that this month.

Basically answer the question of the post above yours in one way or another, then end your post with another question. Questions or answers can be serious, funny, sarcastic, however you want to word it, just remember this is a GAME.

I'll get it started.

What am I going to do if it keeps raining almost every day of the week?

You could buy one of those funny, rainbow-colored umbrellas that attaches to your head.

It's 10:15... when should I eat breakfast?

ewww!! BTW, for those who don't know, a while back I posted a kitchen adventure... I had a sink full of dish water... and somehow the open can of tuna found its way into the dishwater. If it had been a vegetable, I probably would have scrubbed it up good, but tuna?? well, it found its way to the garbage can after that.

What are you going to do when it stops raining?

Probably rake leaves.

Has it rained lately where you are?

Yes.

Do you enjoy the time falling back or do you wish we'd skip the whole thing?

I enjoy gaining an hour... wish we could do that at least twice a year without having to give it back. But honestly, even though I like there being a little light left at 8:30 in the summer, I wish we would just skip the whole thing. I think it's outdated.

No... well, except for a little sprinkle every now and then And I wish it would!!

oops, forgot a question:

Did you keep any Halloween candy for yourself this year?

Never bought any because I was out of town for the entire weekend. That's probably a good thing. . .

Would you prefer a salty snack or a sweet snack?

Both!! I like those salty/sweet bars, but unfortunately they're too sweet so I can't have them. (dangit!!)

Did you know that unused Halloween candy can be sent to our troops?

I did know that.

A local dentist was advertising that he would buy back candy and send it to the troops.

Do dentists where you are buy back candy?

I don't think our dentists do that. We have a small group of folks that are collecting it at a warehouse-like building. They did this last year and want to double their contributions this year.

Have you ever sent anything (cards, letters, bibles, packages) to the troops?

I have never sent anything myself but have sold a few things that went to the troops.

Do you know anyone currently in the armed services?

A couple weeks ago; which is recent for here.

Only to my brother and his team when he was in. I did receive a few cards from kids while on active duty.

Yep; keep in touch with many of the people I was stationed with who are still in.

Has there been abnormal weather where you live lately?

If you consider the lack of heat wave temps abnormal, then yes.

Which would you rather face: a cobra or a rabid dog?

A rabid dog. I'm petrified of snakes.

How many hours of sleep do you aim to get each night?

I aim for at least 7, but I get way less than that.

How much time do you spend posting/cruising here in CW?

On here, not as much as I used to. Not with the amount of reading I have to do right now for school. But I'm always on the computer, so CW is just a click away.

Do you sleep with your windows open?

Very rarely. It's usually too cold at night to do that here.

Do you prefer swimming in the ocean, a lake, or a swimming pool?

Any of those as long as it's halfway clean!

Have you ever taken a ride in a hot air balloon?

Two. One at home, one at work.

Have you made any plans for Thanksgiving yet?

Yes, we're going to my cousin's house this year instead of my aunt's. Not sure what I'm going to take yet, though, but I do know it'll be healthy.

At what point do you turn on the heater in your home?

When it gets to about 65 in the house.

When do you turn the A/C on in your house?
