Dear friends,
Please join us as we pray for all those around us who are facing some excessively difficult times.
Gary - A business associate of ours has lost everything: his home, his property, his fleet of trucks, his savings and all investments and is currently living in a hotel. Gary and his wife are late 50's and are destitute. Pray that God will make a way and provide for them. They have lost hope.
Matt - a good friend and business associate - his business is all but closed. He has a great deal of debt too. He and his wife have just decided to divorce over a a lot of selfishness on his part (which he admits). They are Christians but have lost the desire to work on the marriage and set aside differences. They have a 20 month old daughter. Please pray for this couple and that God will convict him to put God and his family above his own selfish desires.
Larry - a good friend and business associate is desparately trying to sell his business equipment to avoid bankruptcy. He needs a lot of business to pull him out of the hole. He, like Gary was once a very wealthy man who is facing some dire circumstances.
Janice - a friend and neighbor who is trying to deal with her father's murder by a former boyfriend. She and her family are going through so much and will face some very tough times ahead with the trial. Help them find forgiveness for Jerry.
Jerry - Janice's former bf who now sits in jail awaiting trial for murder. He refuses to accept the responsibility for his actions even though he has signed a confession and the evidence is overwhelming. He is lost and blaming the world for his current circumstances. He needs salvation and a reality check.
My family - we continue to struggle financially and now our 12 yo dd has MRSA (resistant staph infection) which my husband had several months ago. We are thankful that she isn't as bad as her dad. Though we don't know how we'll pay bills, we are thankful that we are on solid ground in our faith, marriage and family. We praise him for the testimony we are building. We have constantly been under attack from the enemy but see God's hand and know that we are in His will. I guess we are earning the testimony the hard way.
Father God, we thank you for these friends. We lift up each situation to you and ask that your will be done. Provide the strength that each needs to endure the hardships they face, give grace and mercy where it is needed and salvation for all those that do not know you. Father, strengthen and restore marriages and cover each situation with your comforting hands. In Jesus' name - AMEN.

It is so sad to see all of this happening with so many people. I'm seeing it too. Our church is falling apart now. I just found out tonight that my pastor (now former) was having an affair with a woman who used to be our worship leader. Her husband recently was called to pastor another church and had no idea. Both families involved are devistated by the news. No one had any idea what was going on. I'm still in shock over this.
Lord, I lift these requests to You now. It seems like there is so much attack right now. I pray You would minister and strengthen each person. Lord, You have a divine purpose for everything that is happening, even though it doesn't make sense sometimes, we know that Your ways are higher and all we can do is to trust You and praise You through each difficult situation. Lord, I pray for provision and a financial miracle for Gary, Matt and Larry. I pray You would strengthen and heal their marriages. I pray for Janice and Jerry. Heal them Lord and give Janice strength to get through this. I pray she would be able to forgive Jerry and that Jerry would get saved through this. And Lord, I lift allisonbrett and her family to You now. I pray healing for their daughter and blessings and prosperity for their marriage and their business. Let Your will be done in all of these situations that You may be glorified.

Father God,
I pray with the others for those mentioned in these posts. May your grace, mercy, and peace be realized to all in just the way it is needed, that all glory and praise be yours.

Dear Lord I lift up all these requests to you. You know where each of these people are and what they need, we can't do anything for them except hold them up to you who can do it all. I just pray that you will move on these requests and let them know it was you that made things happen. In Jesus name... Amen
